I had an incredible experience at this Domino’s location, and it was all thanks to Vikram. I am currently recovering from a medical emergency, so I was being extra cautious about what I was eating. Vikram was incredibly understanding and empathetic. He went out of his way to ensure that all of our ingredients were at peak freshness and that our pizza was prepared with the utmost care. It’s clear that Vikram brings this level of dedication to every customer he serves, but his kindness during my recovery really meant the world to us. It’s not just about the pizza—which was delicious and fresh—it’s about the genuine human care he showed. If you’re ordering from this Alum Rock location, know that you’re in great hands with Vikram. I live very close to this Dominos, less than five minutes. And yet it took almost an hour for my order to arrive after it was marked as "Out for Delivery". And I was rather pissed about it at the time because it was barely lukewarm. However, I remember what it was like working in the food service industry and know that sometimes places can get slammed. So I'm going to try and not hold that against them too much. The order was correct and tasty after a reheat in the microwave. Just be aware that ordering during the dinner rush might lead to extended delays.

I ordered $10.99 14 size pizza, a few days ago, but they gave me a few piece Italian spicy sausage, so I asked them to give me more today. The staff looks nice , he said yes, so i believe him , but when i got home , i started to eat , and found no any piece spicy Italian sausage! No any one ! It is unbelievable !!! I gave them at least one dollar tips every time , they treat customers like this!!! I am so so disappointed!!!

Ordered Domino’s via Uber Eats from this location. ETA was 7:05–7:25 PM. The order was marked as delivered at 7:45 PM, but the food did not actually arrive until 8:21 PM. The driver never contacted me. When I received the order, the food was cold, and one item (wings) was missing - clearly not included in the delivery photo either. Very disappointed with the overall experience and quality control.

Folks working here are kind and friendly. On the other hand pizza quality is not too bad but can be improved. Places seems clean from what I can see.
