ordered a pizza extravaganza with no onions and no olives and the pizza has both onions and olives. the chicken caesar salad we ordered was entirely wilted and mushy. i had to call three times to even get an answer, and when i finally got an answer the man who answered kept cutting me off and saying “yeah, yeah yeah. okay. yeah yeah yeah.” completely unprofessional, rude and dismissive. how this quality of food and service is acceptable is beyond me.

Normally I enjoy their pizza. But today, the chese was so sour I couldn't even eat 3 slices. It truly was nasty.. I dont think im ordering from this store again for a while..

DO NOT GO HERE I went there for there $9.99 deal with 7 toppings because I seen it on t.v. and when they say "participating" they don't play. I asked about the deal in the store as a walk in with a few hundred in my pocket and I asked for the deal only to find out *online only was how to get it....so I pulled it up and I couldn't find it so I asked again about it.....turns out they stopped doing it cuz there were too many people ordering it. It's the point for the ad...sell sell sell, but I guess mainking money is not the kind of place this is.....not that there wasn't enough stock but not enough help, space for another oven, or even 1 bit of politeness....GO TO THE OTHER LOCTIOION GO

I went to pickup when my online app said it was ready. But when I arrived, I still had to wait 10 minutes and the staff didn't ask me what I needed. After I asked, they said my order wasn't ready yet. The reason was that they gave part of my pizza to another customer and made me wait another 10 minutes. really bad and never coming back 🙏

There were two employees with turbin on their head and they were staring and laughing at me in a way they made me felt uncomfortable. They were rude and gave me wrong order could say on purpose. Mine was a LARGE with 5 toppings and got this. Horrible lol they had one job!! And as I can see the reviews yeah!
