Never received my order. Placed a delivery order on a Friday afternoon, about $22 for a large pizza. The tracker showed it was on its way but it never arrived. No call, no update, nothing. Wasted my money and my time. Extremely disappointing.

These people suck so bad. I was having a class party and I created an order on the app at 11 AM. It said it would be delivered by noon, but they didn’t get there until 1 PM! It was too late for my kids to be able to eat the pizza. So I called them to see if they could do something to make it right and they literally put me on hold for an hour. They kept coming back and saying OK hold on a minute before telling me they don’t do any kind of refunds. They offered no compensation of any kind even though I spent $150 on pizza and it literally went into the trash. I’ll make sure no one at my school ever orders here again.

The driver stalled for 25mins then marked the order as delivered and never actually delivered it. Unacceptable.

I ordered from this location and had just served my 8 year old ,good thing she only likes cheese pizza because on my pizza that I ordered with pepperoni Nd on Half pepperoni,black olives and bell pepper.only to take a bite and felt some crunchy /hard object. Honestly that’s carelessness And s serious choking hazard . I called and they act like I’m making it up, get it together all the staff , cook line . This could of been a lawsuit….

WHOEVER DELIVERED AROUND 8:30 11/20/2025 , did not deliver my order. Should be fired ASAP.
