​CYOA! I am writing to share my experience with a recent carryout order that unfortunately ended up being a total loss. After a long week, I was looking forward to a specific meal as a treat, but the experience was ruined by both an order error and a very restrictive store policy. ​When I finally sat down to eat, I discovered the pizza had onions on it—an ingredient I cannot stand and did not want. However, by the time I noticed the mistake and checked the "Carryout Insurance" policy, I realized I had already missed the incredibly narrow two-hour window for returns. ​Between finishing a late workout, getting home, and showering, that two-hour limit had already passed. I was shocked to find that the policy is so strict that even if the order is incorrect or "no good," you are essentially stuck with it if you don't rush back to the store immediately. ​I am posting this as a warning to others: check your box thoroughly before you leave the store. If you get home and find an issue, do not wait. This policy is not flexible, and it turned what should have been a relaxing night into a waste of money and a ruined dinner. I hope the management considers extending this window to be more customer-friendly, but until then, consider this a heads-up to be extremely vigilant with your orders

Just picked up these wings from Domino's. As you can see in the pictures and only one I even had a bottle cap for size reference. What a ripped off. On top of it, it doesn't come with a ranch. They charge extra $1 for it. These corporate chains, always charging more and more but qualities are become more worse and worse. Will NOT be getting anything from the Domino's. Stay Away...far far away! Go to your local pizza parlor instead!

Hey, people...I've been going to this Dominos 2 to 3 times a week for FIVE years now. My pizzas have been consistently excellent. The employees have been only courteous and friendly to me. All of them. Whenever a mistake has been made, they own it, apologize and make it right. Any customers gving this store negative reviews isn't telling the complete story. Perhaps they just don't know how to be respectful. Truth.

Bullshit customer service I didnt receive and icing cup with my order of cinnamon bites and pizza, I called the store to notify them of not having added one to my order and asking for a driver to deliver it since I ordered my pizza online for delivery. The woman that I spoke to said it was my fault that I didn't choose the option of having added the icing to my order and I informed her that online it clearly states that an icing cup already comes with the order and any additional would be charged and she again said that I should of added the icing cup though would talk to a manager. She put me on hold for less than two minutes and then came back online informing me that she currently has no drivers to send and that I could go in person to pick up the icing cup, I let her know I can wait until a driver is available to deliver the icing cup and she again informed me that it was my fault for not adding the icing cup to my order, I explained again that online it does not say I need to add it to my order due to it already being part of the order and that I am willing to wait for a driver and she informed me that she has no drivers and I can go and pick it up in person, and I said that I had it delivered for a reason that I have no means to pick it up and I will wait for a driver to become available to drop off, the woman just hangs up on me. It may seem like not a big deal but paying $40 for my order and having it delivered for a reason and just to be told it's my fault it's really stupid when clearly online it shows that all orders come with an icing cup. If they made a mistake that's fine, but to blame me for not adding it to my order when it already comes in the order. If you work in a restaurant thay delivers food, it's best to absolutely make sure that everything is in the order before sending it for delivery cause then situations like so happens and instead of owning up to it like this store hadn't done it was easier for them to blame me and hang up on me.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this Domino’s. Once they were out of an item I ordered and the manager called me right away and offered me a higher value item to substitute. I appreciate the communication and transparency. I had a similar experience with Little Cesar’s and they just gave me the wrong items instead of letting me know they were out of what I ordered.
