⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a mix-up with my order today, but what impressed me most was how the team handled it. I ordered a vegetarian pizza, but when I got home, I noticed there were a few pieces of meat on it. As a vegetarian, that was frustrating, especially because I was very hungry. I went back to the store, and the staff immediately took the situation seriously and offered to make a new pizza. While they were preparing it, I noticed that the same pizza cutter was being used for different pizzas. I politely asked if they could make another one and leave it uncut. Many places would have been annoyed by a request like that, but not this team. They were incredibly understanding, respectful, and accommodating. They made the pizza again exactly the way I wanted it, without any hesitation. What could have been a bad experience turned into one of the best examples of customer service I’ve seen in a long time. The staff remained professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making things right. They went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but great customer service is what truly matters. Thank you to the entire Domino’s team for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication to your customers. I really appreciate the effort you put into making things right, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Ordered honey BARBECUE wings and they gave me this. I then call to dispute it and get a refund and an employee says they’re busy and will call me back in 20 minutes. Horrible customer service from this location, won’t be ordering again. Next time learn how to read an order!

Coming back from an event in Koreatown we saw a Domino's pizza. It was late and we had not had dinner. We were also on a budget. Domino's is just great for fast food. They get the order right the first time and it is made fresh every time, it is not just laying around for when someone shows up. Now, there is nothing fancy about this pizza, it is just good pizza. You really get what you pay for. The service was so nice and the inside was spotless. We loved the sweet person who took care of us. We had a regular pepperoni pizza and their somewhat new baked mac and cheese. It was all great. It was also part of a special deal. Now, they should take a little care not to burn the sides of the mac and cheese, but I would rather have the, than mac and cheese that is just mush with not even a bit of crunch on the top. We love fancy pizza, cheap pizza and Domino's is just perfect for anytime really.

Do not get the wings here. Food: the deluxe pizza was good with normal amount of toppings and hot out of the oven; however their original buffalo wings were bad. Ordered 8 and got 7. They aren’t sauced properly. Just drizzled on top of the wings that I had to toss them around what sauce is left myself. Also, slightly undercooked. Not crispy and extremely soggy even without the sauce Service: they don’t offer plates, hot pepper flakes or Parmesan. All have to be purchased. Price: price for food is great considering how expensive everything has gotten. Accessibility: 3/5 - tiny valet parking lot. Free if you’re picking up hour ofder

We had a fantastic experience at Domino’s! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 The pizza was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. A big shoutout to Richard, who prepared it with such care — you can really taste the quality in every bite. Great service and great food.
