5 people at work, standing doing nothing. Fold boxes if you are bored !!!! I’ve ordered my pizza, and this is what I’ve got. As far as I know, your job is to make good pizza. You have a freaking fork to remove bubbles !!! This should not be allowed to serve to a customer !!! You want to tell me there is 5 people at work, and not even one person would check if the pizza is okay ? Unacceptable !!! I should get my money back !!!

Ordered a 15 pizza delivery at 9am for the same day to be delivered at 11:45am. Minutes after placing the order, the manager on duty called to advise they have multiple large orders and would be running late. I was not concerned about the time difference and very much appreciated him reaching out. The food still showed up ON TIME and was HOT and delicious. HUGE shoutout to the crew working the morning of 8/28/2025, Thank You. - Velocity Truck Centers Service Department

Delivery guy was great. The pizza however was inedible. The crust was still dough in the center. The cheese was only half melted and it looked like the jalapenos were an afterthought that were threw on after the fact. In the picts you can see where the dough was squished by my finger and one shows uncooked cheese and the raw dough. Also ordered extra crispy wings and they were just slimy. I'll attribute this to the long delivery time. Will never order from there again. Total waste of 32$

Very misleading situation with the Papa John's 'Any Pizza Any Size' pizza deal for $10.99. The website initially showed XL as a valid option with no extra cost. I ordered an XL. At pickup I received a Large, and the email said I purchased a L. When I went back to the website, suddenly the XL had a '+$3' charge for the XL, which wasn't there previously. I cleared my cache and data from my browser and the '+$3' was gone again and the price was $10.99 for an XL. They are misleading customers into purchasing and then switching it and making the customer think it's their mistake.

Ordered plain breadsticks through doordash, always order sauces on the side that are paid for, and send a note to the doordasher to make sure they don't forget the sauces. The doordasher said they would bring the sauces, but then delivered without the sauces. I called the store to go pick up the sauces and they said it was just sitting on the counter, like the Dasher forgot. So I drive to pick up the sauces come back home and open the breadsticks and they are hard as a rock and super thin, usually these are soft and thick sticks. See photo. Needless to say. I will not order from this location again.
