I believe her name was Jasmine. We had called three times store to ask if our order went through because their automated call wording system suddenly stopped talking to us after receiving card details. She was decent on the first call however hung up as I was still talking. Then, we called back to find a way to track the order since we live in a building and had no way of knowing when the delivery driver would arrive. She awnsered us very rudely and ask us what our problem was this time and then raised her voice saying that she was too busy and that we need to be patient. However, we weren't asking about time, we were asking how to communicate with them. It was off-putting how aggressive she became when it was a valid and simple question. Very upsetting because we frequent this location and will no longer be. I haven't even gotten my food yet but her attitude and harsh demeanor really set me off.

70% of the time they get my order wrong and this most recent time i walked in to pick up my order and there is no customers in the store and no orders that needed to be worked on and yet my pepperoni pizza with light cheese and normal sauce came out and when i opened it there is extra cheese and when i bite into it there is no sauce at all underneath like??? Theres also no garlic on the crust. How do you mess up an order this badly when they arent even remotely busy

Walked in the location on first and Speedway for a carryout order of the 9.99 special professional manager by the name Mari Took and made my order The pizza was made in a timely manner and was very delicious if I may say well made perfect representation of the 9.99 Special. Someone give this man a raise!!

I am conflicted about this place. On one hand, it is open until 2am on a Sunday, like back before COVID made minimal effort optional. On the other hand the whole vibe is less modern Domino's and more grimy 1980s pizza shack playing dress-up. That said, the pizza slaps harder than usual, and for that alone it earns four stars. Full stop.

Really disappointed with my recent order. Ordered extra chicken but barely got any, crust was burnt, and the pizza wasn’t even properly sliced. Definitely not the quality I was expecting
