Worst customer service ever. The app showed my order as ready, so I went inside the store and asked for it. They told me to wait a little bit and pay for it. After sitting inside the store for 20 minutes, I asked an employee how much longer it would take. They asked for my name again, and my order was already cold. Then, they asked me to pay again. While I was waiting, one of the employees took a pizza dough outside the store to speak with a friend, which was very unsanitary. I have been a customer for years at different locations, but this one is horrible and unprofessional. This will be my first and last time there.

The staff today where incredibly rude. So rude in fact I’d rather spend 10 more minutes driving to the location on 6th Avenue. There was no need for either employee I interacted with to be so rude. I do not recommend this location to anyone and hope it’s avoided due to the service. That or employees get talked to and change their attitude.

Horrible pizza. Terrible Store! Non existent customer service. They lost another customer today! Got this delivered today…it’s supposed to be thin crust. $40 and cannot eat it, the cinnamon twists, and parmesan bread bites were stale. They don’t care about customers! Horrible experience. I deleted my account. Little Caesars can do better, rather pay $3 more for Pizza Hut. If this review gave you some valuable information give it a thumbs up 👍

Ordered classic hot wings and definitely didn’t get that. And ordered pepperoni cheese bread and didn’t get any pepperoni. Couldn’t return it because I picked it up on my way to work so check what you get. Pretty sad didn’t get what I wanted but oh well.

Without question the absolute worst so-called pizza you could ever throw away your hard earned money on!! Seriously, absolutely the worst and they will NEVER get another dime of my hard earned money!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!
