Made a delivery order, order receipt in pictures and pizza in pictures, first pizza that came with my order was incorrect they forgot 2 toppings, I called the store and let them know of the error, Mary Jane answered the phone I believe and said they would re-make the pizza and asked if I would like a complimentary soda for the inconvenience, I said yes, and I ordered a orange fanta, I got the order delivered again and they forgot the orange fanta... im not super worried about that since it was complimentary but someone is messing up in there and not completing orders. Also I really was moved at the customer service to correct the mistake, but there was no follow through

My neighbor was caring for her infant daughter on hospice, she couldn't cook due to the oxygen tanks the baby needed, we always ordered her pizza, she thanks you all so much 🙏 we all do. Do.i os drivers were so polite and courteous. Our community can not thank you enough Dominos.

Ordered on 12/24/22 @5:15PM from the 1st Ave store, order #1591, and it was the worst! Only the wings were ok, soggy for naked wings but tasted fine. I was told because it had been more than an hour since I got my order they absolutely refused to do anything about the 2 burned pizzas, 1 had no sauce at all and all of the 'bacon' topping was so burned, both pizzas had such a gross burned flavor that we couldn't eat them and the inedible cinnamon twists soaked in grease that they delivered to me. But it had only been 41 minutes! This is disgusting and a horrible way to treat your customers. I will never order from Domino's again unless they choose to make this right! Refund my order Domino's!

I ordered off the app on Uber eats, the delivery guy gave my food to a unit a few doors down, when asked about our order he said it wasn't for us, I called the store on 1st Avenue and the guy said hes new and he messed up, wasn't mad just wanted a remake he said he could but it wouldn't be discounted , that made no sense but I said if I talk to Uber Eats and call you guys back is that okay? Because I still wanted my pizza , Uber called the store and she told me it took so long cause they kept passing the phone to different people and he said he wouldnt make it till "Uber Eats" said they could, makes no sense cause she said the price would still be the same even if he just made it , I left a tip before all this and I was calm, I got a refund , its upsetting cause now dinner is delayed for another hour

I called to order pizza twice from them and hung up on by Robert and CJ both were rude put me on hold then hung up I went in the store to reorder pizza they messed up the first time 🤦‍♀️never will I go there again
