TLDR: Our 12 pizzas were burnt to hell! Order pizza from anyone but Domino’s Ordered 12 pizzas to be delivered for a child’s birthday party. All the pizza was burnt , not well done, we talking burnt burnt! My question is, how did these make it out the location? Someone took these out the oven, put them in their box and thought, good to go? Called the location to come up with a resolution to our problem, nothing but a huge headache. They wanted us to bring the pizzas back to the location for a refund or to be remade.. was given a time of 1.5-2 hours till they could be remade, wouldn’t make sense for us because the party would be over. After speaking with 3 different people at the location, we were told they would have a driver come pick up the pizza so we could get a refund. We missed the call from the driver and the location when they pulled up to pick up the pizza (at an event venue), it was a super busy because we were hosting a big birthday party. We called back both numbers a few minutes after missing the call and nobody picked up either number. Quality control must be an issue with this location, insane these even made it out the front door. Needless to say, we won’t ever be using Domino’s again.

Ok so my son is the type of kid whose food aversions are so severe he can taste the slightest difference in anything he eats regularly and wants a certain way. We no joke order from this Dominoes minimum twice a week. Maybe three. Anyways it’s always EXACTLY the same everytime. Perfect crust slightly thin, not too much cheese, extra sauce like we like. Flavored crust. We have ordered from all the dominoes in are area and this one is by far the best and I’m just amazed by their consistency. Everyone deserves a raise for real.

I'm not sure how a store can get the order wrong with I order it on the app and I call the store to check status and I verbally tell the employee what my order is... They sent me a pepperoni & Jalapeno med size pizza TWICE when I didn't order it. Places the order at 730pm and I called the store at 1230am and they said I'll get a refund on Monday ( I paid cash) because they stopped sending orders out since they are closing. I better get a full refund. Not happy at all!!!!!!

First of all I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza with the cinnamon twists AND a dipping cup of icing. When I got my order the box was COVERED IN GREASE A WHOLE PUDDLE leaking through my box. I called and spoke to the manager and she argued with me that it comes with grease when I told her that this much grease is leaking all over my counter. She then had them remade and I gave back the original with the dipping cup back since it was covered in the grease as well. The replacement came back missing the icing cup as well as the driver BARD was beyond rude as hell yanking stuff out of my hands and when I told him I’m missing my dipping cup he said “it’s a replacement” ???!!!! I paid $30 for rude service and an hour of waiting on my food to be delivered twice and not even receive what I paid for!!!! I told this manager multiple times I’ll bring this back too untouched and have her replace what I paid for and she tells me she can’t guarantee that??! How are you going to take my money and not give me what I pay for? If it’s not a dipping cup or grease it’s undercooked food!!! I want to speak to juaquin about this issue as he is the manager here

Dude literally looked me directly in the face while taking my order, then totally forgot about me despite the fact I was the only person who ordered in and sat there the entire time. I literally had to tell him I order a second time for him to find it. I hate to say it, but I'd prefer a kiosk over the service I received here. Oh yeah, the pizza was barely passable and the wings weren't much better.
