Last 2 times I have ordered a well done pizza because it’s never cooked all the way through, it is STILL not cooked all the way. Cheese is not melted on my pizza..? No option for a refund or even feedback through the app & when you call it’s AI. HIGHLY disappointed.

I order from here just about 1 a week. Last night I had the worst experience ever from here and I will not be ordering from here again unless they make it right. I had 4 pizzas: 2 double pepperoni and extra sauces, pepperoni and jalapeno extra sauce, and cheese pizza extra sauce well done. In all my years never once has well done meant burnt to a crisp where the pizza cutter doest even cut the pizza. My pizza was uncut being burnt it didnt have any sauce. It was like trying to force down cardboard with pepperoni. It was so bad that we opted to not eat the pizza and threw them out. I did take pictures. No happy at all.

When my coworker told me that he had never tried the handmade pan pizza in the black box, I decided to order it! The Black Box Pizza is absolutely my favorite. We ordered half pepperoni and half sausage. The pizza was so hot, fresh and delicious!

I asked for extra cheese and a well done pizza and I got something with no sauce completely burnt and definitely not edible

It’s dominos. But they’re always kind, clean facility and quick!
