Stopped by this Domino’s and had a really good experience. Ordering was easy, the staff was cool and friendly, and my pizza came out hot and fresh. Everything was made just right — nice crust, plenty of toppings, and great flavor. Even with other orders coming in, they kept things moving and had my food ready on time. The place was clean, and they double-checked my order before handing it over, which I appreciated. Perfect for a quick meal when you don’t feel like cooking. Good pizza, fast service, and fair prices. Definitely coming back and would recommend this spot!

I know times are hard in the food service industry. But, there is NO EXCUSE for poor service like this. This was the WORST experience, both product and customer service related, we have ever had. I realize Domino's is not gourmet pizza, but it's usually fresh and consistent and if there is a problem, they deal with it timely and happily. I truly wish I would have read the reviews from the last year before ordering from this location. Buyer beware. Our food was burnt and dried out and the portion size on the pasta was very inconsistent and small compared to every other Domino's we have frequented. We returned it to the store immediately, within 15 minutes of receiving to get a refund. This should be the end of the story. It's only the beginning. I got 2 weeks of runaround from the store regarding a refund and the manager, Dave, is the absolute worst person have ever dealt with in customer service. He lied and refused to believe anything I said, even though I had proof from Domino's and my credit card that nothing he said they had done at the store had been done. I contacted Domino's corporate and hopefully have it resolved--waiting to actually see that refund before I let this rest. They could clearly see Dave or the store had never processed a refund. They had deleted our order from their system incorrectly and they did receive the money. Thank you to Domino's corporate. Dave--you are truly a piece of work (oh how I want to say something else.....)!!! Good luck to any staff that considers working for this person... you'll need it!

I’m disgusted I ordered a Cesar salad and was eating it and seen a small dead black bug and called and spoke with the manager and he was not helpful at all he said that he would re-charge my card for my order without the salad and that it could take up to five business days to receive my money back from the first order so my card was going to be double charged for five days, which I do not think is fair at all being that I had such a terrible experience I should’ve had a full refund on my entire order for the simple fact that I was eating food with a bug in it. It’s very unfortunate. I have ordered from this place for two years now, and have been a reoccurring customer but not after today! Manager also stated that he needed my salad back so that he can send it to his chain of command, but wouldn’t provide me their contact information which I also thought was weird!

I ordered pizza this evening and once I picked up my order after coming home i realised that the delivered pizza was wrong and it had meat in it (I am a vegetarian and have ordered veg pizza). I went back to the store with that untouched pizza however they were very rude and asked me to wait for 15 mins as they were remaking the pizza. They again packed wrong pizza and handed it to me, I checked my pizza then and there and told them it was wrong again . They remade the pizza again in wrong way and delivered it. I pointed that the toppings were wrong with very little cheese and pizza sauce and they didn’t take any efforts to correct it and rudely said thank you .
