Had a terrible experience my pizza carry out order this past Saturday April 4, I open up the pizza in front of the young lady who attended me working at the Saturday shift around 3:36pm. I said this pizza has no cheese, then she goes back at Coach cheese and offer us to either. I take it home like that and reheat it myself or she could just place it back in the oven. Honestly this was not professional at all. Why couldn’t they have just offered to remake my pizza? I called Dominos to ask for a refund and I was told I needed to put a review to request my Refund. I’m very disappointed that no one has refunded my money or offer any kind of help. This is the Dominos shop I always order from and I’m very confused on how they can’t just refund me my money back, I already had a bad experience and nos I have to go through all this circles to request my money back and complain because calling the store wasn’t enough, they said we need proof. Terrible and a waste of money order three pizzas and brownies and it was terrible ! The pizza is flaky and messy ! Called the store to let the manager know and he just said oh , he said you want a remake he acted like he was irritated and didn’t care and I told him we was going bring the pizza back and want a refund based off his reaction. So he said you can’t get a refund you have to wait for the gm and he’s not here so maybe tomorrow! So I asked why can’t he handle it as a manager and I bring it back for my refund he said he cant! I asked him his name so I know who im talking to and he said no im not giving you my name ! I asked why ? He said because he doesn’t have to very bad customer service . I asked so I can have note of who I spoke with ! Very rude and unprofessional ! Look at the pizza pictures

Update 2024 - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered the New York Style Pizza for car pickup. No one inside this location brought my pizza out. I waited in my car for over 10 minutes before the employee returning from a delivery brought my pizza out. My pizza was burnt. Do not order from this location. I do not recommend this location. 2023 - It was ok. We ordered delivery because of the special 50% off. We ordered a large thin pepperoni pizza and marbled cookie brownie. Our pizza was delivered cold. The cookie brownie was delivered hot. The pizza barely had cheese on it. The sauce was delicious. The cookie brownie was delicious. We had not ordered from here in a while and I don't think we will again. I recommend that you order at your own risk from this location.

They mixed up 2 pizzas. Ingredients on pan was on the thin crust and vice versa. They said they would remake but they were just going to throw out the 2 mistakes. Plus if you see the commercial on the 9.99 special any crust size and toppings. Looks good right? I ordered extra cheese and lots toppings. But what you get is about 5 pieces of each ingredient you ordered. False advertising!

Had placed an online order for a pep pizza with extra tomato sauce yesterday. The pizza I got had hardly any sauce, not much cheese but had a lot of crust puffed through. So mostly breading and pepperoni. I was hungry and tired from packing and moving for several hours. So I just took it. I called today to see if there was anything they could do to possibly remake the pizza. I was fine with even getting a smaller pizza. I gave my order # and let them know upfront, that I understood if it was a no, as it was a new day. Sergio was so kind and compassionate and advised he would remake it. I tried to tip him but he refused the tip. He's just a good man. 🙂 Also, the replacement pizza was sooo good and well made. Thank you so much for your kindness, Sergio! 😊
