Ordered at noon for a 5:30 delivery. At 6:00 called. Ai said my order was sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered. Spoke to human who at first could not find our order said it must be out for delivery. Asked him to find our order and tell us when it would be delivered. Spent 7 minutes looking for our order. Found order and said it would be 30 - 40 minutes. Told him that was unacceptable. Said it would be delivered in 15 minutes. The store is only 4/10's of a mile from our house. Pizza finally arrived 45 minutes late.

2 Items ordered. A pizza and a baked sandwich. The sandwich was without issue, but the pizza, however, was where we ran into problems. It tasted fine but the driver completely smashed the box and crushed the top of in into the pizza. When he tried pulling the order out of the warm bag, the while box just folded in half. He tried to act like nothing happened and handed me the box anyway. When we went to eat the Pizza, the pizza temp wasnt even anywhere near hot. I expected it to at least be warm, since I did order the crust to be baked WELL DONE. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE, I did like the little Cheese Shaker they sent! DO BETTER DOMINOS!

Never had a bad experience here. I always order online and they are so fast and the pizzas looks fresh. There’s another dominos near me but I prefer from here x100

I ordered two pizzas and a pepperoni bread tonight for delivery and advised them to leave them at my door and when it got delivered and I went outside to grab my order all my 3 items where all scattered on the floor right after going up the stairs as if they just tossed my food between my apartment and the neighbors. Usually they always leave it right by my door and one on top of each other but not this time . Disappointed to open your door and see ur dinner scattered on the floor .

I received an order that was sub par and they replaced the whole thing with well prepared hit food. Best service. Will be back
