Consistent middle ground quality you can count on. They cook most of our takeout orders correctly, the quality is usually consistent in the 3/5 department, and I say 3/5 with respect. I can't explain it but it's good for what it is, but it's certainly not fancy pizza by any means even when made well. It's good, but you're probably going to have heartburn later.

Please for the Love of God put some cheese on my pizza. There was like 30 shreds of cheese. It’s ridiculous to skimp out on the cheese when the cheese is the most important part of a pizza. I will not be back..

Delivery took over an hour. Driver spent 25 minutes at an apartment complex before slowly making their way to our home. Left the food at the front door without ringing the bell or knocking. The pizza wasn't even cooked all the way through. Cheese wasn't fully melted etc. Should get a refund. Never ordering from this dump again.

I ordered 2 medium pizza special. I went to pickup and they had made 2 large pizzas. They would not give me the pizzas I ordered for the price I was quoted. As to left they were rude. I will not go there again.

We decided to order delivery tonight with the 50% off special. It would have been nice to know it also meant some of the toppings may be missing as well. One of our pizzas was supposed to have bell pepper and onion, but it is not there. I thought maybe I had somehow messed up and had them removed, but a check of the order and receipt confirms it should be there. I called the store directly and after a couple of minutes of trying to find the order she asked what pizza was missing what toppings. I explained Bell Pepper and Onion. I was then informed that “Oh we don’t have any, we ran out.” I restated that statement to make sure I heard that right, and yup, I sure did. She then said she was sorry and is there anything else she can do, and that was that. I was blown away, so if you run out of something, you charge the customer for it, don’t tell them, and then just assume to bad so sad? To make matters worse, there is literally a Fry’s just around the corner, where these simple toppings could have been found while trying to see if there is a store nearby they can swipe from until their inventory issue is resolved. Many chain restaurants do this. I even did it back in the day when I worked in fast food. I recommend to anyone doing business here to NEVER get delivery, and ALWAYS pay in-store, and inspect each pizza like you are taking delivery of a Lambo and if it’s wrong, they can either fix it or you can walk away and not be out the money for such abysmal service.
