Ordered the special online and in less than 10 mns we arrived it was ready even though they were pretty busy.Great service, pizza was delicious and floors and tables spotless. My third time in past couple of months and no complaints!

I had picked up an order for my son. when I had gotten home and my son opened the box it had no pineapple, which he had asked for & it had almost no sauce on it. so my son called to complain. the guy was extremely rude, kept talking over him, then hung up on him. so I called to ask for the manager & for the corporate number. the same guy told me that he was the manager & was extremely rude. eventually he agreed to make a new pizza. I'll be calling corporate.

I have had more bad deliveries then good from here but it's my closest store so I've tried to be reasonable, but tonight took the cake on bad.... I have never waited over 2 hours and had to argue with the delivery driver over the address until tonight. It was so unprofessional, even after I tried to explain to him that I could stay on the phone and personally give directions he refused. So I then called the store to ask them to help their driver out, they promised I would have my order within 10 min. 30 min later I had to cancel because it never came. The manager was hardly sympathetic to my situation. Likely just a busy night but that doesn't mean that two children were hungry and waiting for way too long. I am never ordering from this location again. Thankfully Marcos is close by, and although they are double the price, at least they are timely and professional.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my entire life. Our pizza came with no sauce and missing the meat. I called to tell the restaurant about it and got attitude off the bat asking what my address was, she asked what I would like her to do and I said well would be able to send another pizza and she was silent for a couple minutes I asked for a full refund she immediately got super rude and said we aren’t giving you a full refund just because one piece is wrong. Granted the total was like $20 for two pizzas so a refund would’ve been the easiest way and then she continued to get an attitude with me and YELL at me over the phone, so I told her to keep the pizza and that we would never be going there again. Never once did she apologize or care. Learn some customer service skills and how to make a basic pizza!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Corporate pull the call from tonight at 8:21 and tell me that is okay?

I placed an order at 6:46pm and the tracker said it was ready at 7:11pm. By 7:57pm it had still not gone out for delivery. I called to cancel the order as it was sitting on the rack for over 45mins and the manager sounded irritated at the audacity of my request. Looking at the other reviews before mine, I think this store needs some attention from the district manager or corporate. Giving domino's as a whole a bad name!
