I come to this domino's quite often and rarely ever have a negative experience. They're always fast and on time even early. I don't know if it's because I don't live that far away from them or because I tip correctly and promptly each time.But i've never had a bad experience. Thank you guys for doing a great job

I went into this dominos on s dobson on 11/23/25 I ordered instore but online and sat there and waited for my order I ordered 4 things a pepperoni pizza a replica of a bbq chicken pizza from the medium 6.99 options so bbq sauce chicken and onions as toppings. I get home and my pizza is chicken a bacon. This pizza is my pizza the others were for my guest. I called and spoke to the so called store manager Edgar who shouldn’t be a manager let alone in the food retail customer service industry. The customer service in this country is already going to crap. I told him what happened he asked how he could make it right credit me or make another for me to come pick up. It’s raining like crazy and my friend had to drive me I said no please remake it and have it delivered it was my dinner. He said I can’t do that why can’t you come get it. I said why should I have to drive no mater short or long distance and waste my gas and drive in bad weather I already drove in so you can make it right. His answer I can’t send a driver there’s not a way to do that in the system! Why is now people in the retail/ retail food industry can’t function in life without buttons telling them what to do? I said you need a button so the cars drive! Why can’t you run it through like a cary out and send the driver. Oh I cat do that there’s no way to set that up. Ummm yes send the driver after you make the pizza take my address and send them ya they aren’t getting a tip but they work for the same company that messed up and they as well get paid by the hour so it’s not like they aren’t getting their hourly. This is crazy and then he was like why can’t you drive. I said what if I was allergic to it and I ended up in the hospital from your mistake his answer well the you wouldn’t want another pizza. At that point my brain exploded and I hung up I will be calling corporate tomorrow companies need to start the thinking about who they are putting as managers because they are hiring and promoting people that are hurting their businesses just to save a few bucks and pay them less!!!!!!

Honestly one of the better Domino’s locations. Ordered for delivery and it showed up faster than expected, still hot and fresh. Pizza was made right, good amount of toppings, and not sloppy like some places. Wings were solid too. You can tell they stay consistent here. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving pizza.

I went in tonight and wanted to compliment this location to a manager but he wasn't in so here I am posting publicly for all to see. I live over 6 miles away from this location but it has been my go to since the dominos on mesa dr and southern is absolutely disgusting. This location is fast, friendly, clean and always makes our order correctly. When i bring my kids in, they love watching the workers make the pizza. They get so excited and the workers even talk to them and make the process a lil longer so they can enjoy the show. I will continue coming back 😊

WATCH OUT FOR STICKERS IN YOUR FOOD!!Would have loved to resolve this with a free cheesy bread.. but they refused to honor it when I requested it. So now I have to request my money back directly from the GM. Was told to come back the next morning. Further inconveniencing me for something that should have just not been cooked with plastic in it in the first place. I’ll be by for my refund when it’s convenient to me.
