Ordered a pizza and a bowl of the 5 cheese Mac and cheese, only to come home to the bowl being less than half filled due to corporate requirements. The pasta was good, but the amount that you pay for is ridiculous. Apparently only 5.5oz is what corporate is requiring now. I used to get their pasta because it was good and would have enough to feed maybe 2 people for a lunch meal, and the bowl it came in was actually filled. Now its what is shown in the image. What happened? It really seems corporate is out of touch entirely with portions. As 5.5oz is about 4 bites... definitely not worth the $7 spent for it. Could have gone to somewhere like Salad n Go for $6 and got so much more. If it was about 11oz instead there would be no issue, as what was there did taste good. It is just the quantity that is the issue.

I ordered a pizza online on 5/24/26 at 10:38 pm . I was anxiously waiting watching the app for the delivery . Even waiting outside my hotel room door when I seen that the driver was on the other side of the street. There just so happens to be two Motel 6 right here on country club and the 60. So I called and told the girl I thought my driver delivered it to the wrong place and she insisted that he did not and that he even knocked in the door , immediately I knew that it was wrong because I was standing outside my door waiting. So I explained to her I thought he took it to the other motel six the one behind sunsplash and that I was at the one in Hampton Ave. She then told me there is only one motel 6 in this area and he left my pizza at the front desk , even though the address , room number and instructions to meet me at my door are all correct on my receipt . Needless to say finally about 11:45 I drove over to the other motel 6 and lo and behold there sat my now cold pizza . Because of the hour I waited til the next day to call and explain my situation where the girl who claimed to be the manager told me no problem , when I wanted to order again just have my receipt and they would give me a free pizza. So tonight 6/1/26 still at the same motel same room I call to cash in my pizza . A guy answers the phone and I explain and without even asking me to hold I am just left in silence saying “hello?l are you there . 8 minutes and 32 seconds later Gloria the GM answers and I explain what happened and that I called next day and was calling to cash in my free pizza . She then advises me that she has no credits under my name (not my fault) then she basically calls me a liar saying she has no male managers , which I never stated I spoke to a man or women in our conversation , I simply said I spoke to “A Manager” she spoke over me and said “yes you did you said the guy” , and I said “yes I said the guy who delivered my pizza delivered it to the wrong place” . She then just flat out told me well “too bad I’m the GM I have no record of this and I don’t remember this happening” and I said “well surely your driver will remember delivering it to the wrong place. “ mind you I have my receipt the only reason I kept it was because the lady I spoke to told me to keep it and it would get me my free pizza for the mix up and receiving a cold pizza. I neglected to write her name down because she was so polite and I didn’t foresee a so called General Manager being so rude , insinuating to me I was lying and when I told her I was going to reach out to someone above her she just said that’s fine these calls are recorded so if anything happens we can go through those . Where I am also not worried because it will be there . But the audacity , I don’t know if I am being judged cause I’m in a motel 6 or what but I am a 54 yr old women who works for a living simply experiencing homelessness. And maybe she don’t realize that I pay roughly $2509 a month to live here and have money to buy pizza . But I did feel that I should receive my free pizza as the error was not mine and pizza is just not good cold . And they guarantee hot delivery I believe even in a set time . Which none of that happened for me. I am totally disgusted with the way I was talked to and treated by Gloria your GM. I would hope this is not how you train them or how you would like to be represented to your customers . I will never recommend or order from here again and will make sure all my social media platforms are aware of the poor representation you carry for this store . Don't expect their errors to be corrected without being made to feel like a crook and a liar. So disappointed

Their food still taste the same their new slice sauce is pretty good but DO NOT trust there new $7’.99 deal it’s fake as I already suspected none of these companies can be honest about anything they upcharge you with on the sauces, well either way I tried their new “deal” still somehow came out to forty bucks… it’s not worth all that. More fun to make your own pizza.

Placed in order through Uber Eats and I know they dont always have the drinks listed. I tried to call into the restaurant to switch out the drink in my order, someone answered and very quickly told me to please hold. I was on hold about 20 minutes with no response. I hung up and called again and someone answered and did the same thing but I tried to say I had been on hold for 20 minutes and just wanted to say one thing. The employee had already placed me on hold though. Terrible customer service.

I have no words about this nasty place to eat the food is gross. Some would say my dog would not eat it most disgusting food ever to think of. If your in the area please dont choose this spot the customer service alone is horrible. Seems like they dont care at all, customer service is 0%. At the end of the day this is not the place you want too order food from!!!
