Placed my order for pickup. Tracker said 40 min. I arrive in time and staff told me it's another 30 min. After 30 I was told still 3 orders on front of me. After another 20 min I was told it takes another up to 10 min because the just in a large order. I also noticed on the board that my name dropped down by 6 people. I asked the staff what's going on and explained the situation. That female was super unfriendly and said other placing orders as well and they are busy right now. She just walked away mumbling something and did respond as I ask what she said. Super unprofessional place i won't come back. Never again they don't deserve my business at all. Like an apology would make a difference but so. I will also send a email to the HQ to inform about that type of treatment you receive here.

Worst customer service by the shift lead Sam! She doesn’t know how to deal with customers needs and concerns. Hung up on me while I was voicing my concern. General manager Haley ended up helping. But Sam needs to go. If you can’t speak to customers the proper way you shouldn’t be a lead at one of the biggest pizza companies out there.

Love Domino's... But I will never order from this Domino's again. Horrible customer service. Hope quality control listens to the call where we tried to rectify our order. ✌️

The MOST friendly pizza staff you can find in Bakersfield. The gentleman working the register went out of his way to hold a door for an elderly women as she carried out her pizzas without being asked. They are quick to make their pizzas, the food is good quality, and we appreciate the coupons available in their app. The app is great for putting in an order and it allows us to track the progress of our order too.

I ordered here and they at 3 and I go at the story for the pizza at 3.46 and the lazy they said they where going to be ready at 4 one hour and everything was terrible
