Usually you can count on dominoes to not be a total disaster but this one is. First is unsafe, the staff and area. Second is the sanitation….very bad. And third is, I ordered 1 pizza on the app and it took an hour and 45 minutes for these lazy people to get it done. Look at the screen, 3 orders in. THATS IT, 3! Get it together. It’s just pizza.

The food is fine for Domino’s pizza. It is typically cold so it must be reheated. On several occasions my delivery orders have been over two hours past when the order is placed. I wish they’d institute a 30 minutes or less policy as some restaurants did in the past. I believe the store is understaffed and the employees are likely paid very low wages. Quality and service are always the first things to degrade when a worker is not paid well enough.

This is Domino’s—there’s no need to describe the food. What I will say is the service at this location has been exceptional. Not only is the food prepared well, but the service is friendly and fast. That all sounds like it should be a given, but in this corridor of Dickerson Pike, it’s nothing short of a miracle. Kudos to the managers and crew at this location.

Food was ok, I thought dominos was better but I don’t think it’s for me after all tbh. I also paid extra for garlic sauce and did not receive it unfortunately. Service was pretty good though, nice people.

Delivery is basically a mystery box, missing 2-liter sodas and sauces almost every order. “Buffalo” wings had less sauce than a dry text conversation. Paid for extra toppings, received extra disappointment. Parking lot feels like a deleted scene from The Walking Dead. Store looks like the mop quit two weeks ago.
