Absolutely unacceptable experience with Domino's Pizza tonight. I placed an order totaling $31.68 and received a text notification stating my pizza had been delivered. It was NOT delivered to my door, and no attempt was made to contact me. After waiting and searching, I called the store. The employee initially claimed they would “check with the driver,” placed me on hold, and suddenly the “driver” was now also the “manager” on the phone. I was told the order had been left “in the lobby” — except this property does not have an accessible lobby area for deliveries. After walking around outside trying to locate my food, I eventually found my pizza sitting unattended on a bench outside. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of professionalism afterward. Instead of apologizing and remaking the order properly, I was told they would not redeliver the pizza because I was upset about the situation. Any customer would be upset after paying over $30 for food that was abandoned outside and falsely marked as properly delivered. The dishonesty, poor customer service, and refusal to correct the issue was beyond disappointing. I took photos of where the food was left because the entire situation was unbelievable. This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had in Nashville. The corporate office needs to hire a secret shopper for a few months. Thisocation is going to end up with a lawsuit. I took pictures and video. I also was never offered a refund. That's theft!! Filing a report with the AG office.

I regularly order from this location and usually have had all issues corrected, but these young folk are so callused and inconsiderate. Not only did they sit my food on the ground when my order clearly states to hand it to me, when I called, they were nonchalant and quoting that Dominoe's policy allows them to put people's food on the ground in unsealed boxes exposed to dust, elements and insects. I asked for my food to be remade and redelivered and the guy on the phone was like he will just talk to the driver and have him elevate it NEXT TIME!!! AS IF... I am super disappointed and now I'm HANGRY!!! I was so upset I forgot to even mention on the call that one of the pizza's was burnt. I have had many great experiences, a few not so great but corrected. THIS IS THE ANVIL THAT GOT THEM A BAD REVIEW!

Worst Dominos I have ever ordered from. Food took an hour to arrive, the pizza toppings were stuck to the top of the boxes.

Got the 6.99 deal and a salad. Both were awesome...I HAVEN'T EATEN THE CRUST WITH NO DIP IN A LONG TIME---- VERY GOOD JOB...I LIVE FEW BLOCKS AWAY WITH NO ELECTRICITY AFTER SNOWMAGEDAN SO THANK YOU THANK YOU

Ordered pizzas for an event happening next week. I accidentally put the date for now. Called the store no more than 2 minutes later to try and change the date because it was a 200 dollar order. Got screamed at by the woman who worked there, but the guy who worked there was nice. The pizzas were cheese and pepperoni. The woman was very mean
