If I could I would give a solid 0! Ordered for delivery end up going to the store to pick it up. Bunch of pizzzas just sitting there waiting to be delivered. No Long story short I get home and the pizza is a hot mess! I eat dominos often and I’ve never had a pizza that look like this. When I pulled a slice the pizza separated broke apart. Weird right? I’m thinking it’s too hot but it wasn’t hot at all and I’ve had piping hot pizza from my other location which I should have just drove to. I called the store I get placed on the phone with a person claiming to be manager and he acting as if he don’t know what I’m talking about. Keep telling me the pizza is made in a pan which I know I get it Often and it never broke about like this. I flip the pizza over and idk if this was made on cheese stick bread but it was a mess. Hopefully I’ll have my money back soon. Oh it’s sad the manager hung up in my ear to the point I had to call back to see when will I be refunded. He refused to get back on the phone. Poor leadership unfortunately. Anywho I’ll just drive to the art museum location customer service is A1 and pizza always on point! For the manager who act as if he couldn’t understand what I met when I said the pizza was falling apart here are pictures!! How is the top sliced and look like a pizza and the bottom part not sliced the same way it has its own lines and dimensions ? Can someone explain this?? The last two pictures are my recent pictures of pizzas (hot and cheesy) from the dominos I actually usually go to (ART MUSEUM by the Target) . Do y’all see the difference in appearance! They don’t look all dry and burnt! When I pull those pizzas they actually didnt break apart!!! If you are looking for good pizza I highly do not recommend this location!!!!!! The manager did offer to make me another pizza but I wasn’t driving back around there and not to mention their hand washing wasn’t it. Collecting money running the register and making pizza is dirty work.

They told me it would be 45 minutes for a pizza, AND I WAS AT THE WINDOW!!! 45 minutes to start my pizza is crazy. Delivery takes up to 2 hours on a GOOD NIGHT, its rarely a good night. Dominos used to be 30 minutes or less, this jawn 2 hours or more 🤣. If you want your pizza tomorrow at 1pm you better off just ordering now.

Ordered on the app. Pizza, bread bites and an expensive 2L soda. Got everything but the soda. I get it things happen and can easily be forgotten. I called and asked for it to be sent back out or refund the money for the cost of the soda back to my card. I was informed it would be sent back out. Okay, no problem. Waited an hour still no soda. Soda is near $6 - now a luxury in this economy and I’ve been robbed.

The worst pizza an customer service I have ever experienced, delivery took 2hrs pizza was cold & hard I received no help from the store Mgr.I will never visit a dominos again

This is the second time I ordered a pizza from them and I only did again bc it was free. Pizza was overcooked and tasted terrible. I only have an issue with this location bc I know what they’re pizza is supposed to look like. The first time I ordered from them it took 3 hrs for them to bring this cardboard a block away. They had already marked my pizza as delivered. What’s the purpose of the pizza tracker if it’s not accurate? Needless to say I will never order from this location again. Excuse my baby’s hand in the pic, she’ll eat anything if I let her. I did not.
