We placed an order at 9:00 PM. It is now 12:52 AM. Not only did the pizza never arrive, but we also received a message saying “the delivery has arrived” — over three hours later — when no one showed up at all. No call. No knock. Nothing. This is not a delay. This is not a mistake. This is complete negligence. If you’re hungry, tired, or expecting food at a reasonable hour, do not order from this Domino’s. You’ll waste your night waiting, refreshing your phone, and questioning how a major chain can operate at this level of incompetence. Easily one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. Zero accountability. Zero service. Zero respect for customers. Avoid at all costs.

So my aunt ordered pizza and I’m with three little kids that I’m babysitting they’re hungry as hell and we’re waiting forever. I go outside and see the delivery driver didn’t call and he didn’t even come up the stairs. He just left my pizza out on the cold and out of the box, it’s like he just threw the pizza there. And then when we called they didn’t even deliver new ones. We had to go get it because they were also taken forever again. The photo I put is exactly how the pizza was left and they didn’t knock because I have a door camera that would’ve caught them if they knocked they barely came up the steps

Every time I order food from this restaurant, it's always really delayed/not delivered at all. Even showing up to the restaurant in person, the establishment is dirty as hell & the atmosphere doesn't feel welcoming or safe. I called one of the ladies working the phone and she was very rude and dismissive and showed no accountability for the delay. She hung up the phone call when I was expressing my annoyance for the entire situation. This is unacceptable. Especially if I didn't do anything to deserve that. This establishment should be shut down if I'm being honest

Food was delicious and hot!! Manager is excellent and resolved my issue without hesitation. Only complaint was the female driver that initially delivered my food, she was rude and banged on my door excessively hard after just arriving. She shoved my food in my hands as if I was inconveniencing her by ordering food 😒, and she didn't bring my over priced soda. But as I said the manager took care of me immediately and that was greatly appreciated. I would return, but I would pick it up myself.
