They do not care at this location. I placed a late night order for delivery via the Dominos App. The medium "handmade" pizza was crushed. The Classic Hot Buffalo Chickens? No sauce, barely any cheese. The Chicken Parm Sandwich? 4 slivers of chicken, not much cheese, sandwich was mostly sauce and bread. Oh, and the delivery driver? Parked on the corner and was apparently too busy to get off the phone with someone else, so instead of taking 30 seconds and calling my cell? He rang the doorbell about 10 times and woke up my friend, and scared the hell out of my cats. When I called the store to complain about the order I came in with the intent of asking for a refund. The guy on the other end of the line was rude, didnt seem to give a damn that I had a problem, and when I asked to get a refund I was told to call before 5PM tomorrow. Dear Dominos, When your service and food production is this sucky at a particular location, you FIRE the people who don't care about the customer. Period. I'm infuriated, and you can bet I'm calling both the store and dominos HQ tomorrow to report the service and lack of giving a damn about quality control. "Making sure your order is perfecto!" Yeah. You guys should rethink that crap. EDIT: AN HOUR LATER AND WE BOTH FEEL SICK TO OUR STOMACHS FROM SHARING ONE MEDIUM PIZZA

I am a lifelong Domino’s Pizza customer, I have been a customer at this location for years. I have NEVER had an issue with the quality of service or food at any Domino’s Pizza location, including this location until within the past less than a year. When I went to the store to pick up my last mobile app pizza order the person behind the counter, a middle aged White male, who appeared to be the Store Manager based on his clothing asked me for my name for some strange reason even though he only needs to know my order number for me to pick up my order like every other Domino’s Pizza order I have picked up at this and other Domino’s Pizza locations. He said he needs to know what my name is to know which order is mine because it is on the ticket/receipt the store prints out. That is a LIE!!! Customer order numbers and names are on the same ticket/receipt. If this was the case, I would not have been able to pickup any of my previous orders at this location including during my last visit when this same Store Manager/Store Employee was working and waited on me at the pickup counter. The Store Manager tried to obtain confidential customer personal information. He would not give me the pizza I paid for in advance through the Domino’s Pizza mobile app until I gave him the pseudonym I use on my account for privacy and safety reasons in general like many customers do and so their legal name is not displayed on the BIG SCREEN inside of the store for the entire world to see. . This is attempted THEFT of a Domino’s Pizza customer’s property. I was about to call the POLICE to get the pizza I paid for in advance. This Store Manager/Store Employee was short, rude, unprofessional, aggressive, argumentative, combative, and tried to antagonize me. Other orders: 1. A pizza I ordered was slightly undercooked and did not have enough tomato sauce on it. 2. Another pizza I ordered was not cut properly, it was difficult to pull the slices apart.

It was a walk-in, I ordered food in person at the counter twice. For both times, I received an excellent and speedy service. The staff are nice, friendly, and attentive. I ordered a sandwich and pasta, and the price was good.

This dominos location is constantly forgetting items in our order, never cutting our pizza or breadsticks (we cut them ourselves with a knife and pizza cutter) and occasionally just giving us the completely wrong order all together. Tonight they forgot our sauces and gave us the wrong pizza. When we called in for a refund, the employee on the phone abruptly told us to call in the next morning and then hung up on us. It’s a shame because we like Domino’s but the service is consistently poor.
