I order here very often I live near by. Typically good service and the food is always good . Ordered recently bread bites, and side. Dude over the phone told me one price the delivery driver told me $5 more and had no receipt plus my food was cold. I called to let them know that happened they told me they’d credit me . — I tried again and my order was taken at 2:31am they close at 3am. The woman told me 20minutes meaning it would be closed by the time I picked up. Another time ordered a small pizza with spinach this is how it came .. (photo i did bite the slice )

I placed an order tonight online. We have had a good experience at this store before. I’m not sure if staff changed? I’ve never had such a horrible experience! My pizza did not have extra cheese, the other large one was burnt. The manager started screaming at us when we told them what happened. When they remade it they said we were wasting the dough in the store. The manager also said thin crust is supposed to be burnt. No name tags. Made us EXTREMELY uncomfortable with how rude the supposed manager was. She was Screaming at us thin crust is supposed to be burnt. Another customer waiting for his food apologized to us for what happened lol. HIGHLY suggest for you not to order from this location. Also I’m 100 percent sure they will resell the pizza instead of throwing it away.

I don’t know what I was expecting ordering chicken from dominos. They gave me chicken with bottled sauce squirted on my chicken. It wasn’t even tossed. Shame on me for ordering chicken from a corporate pizza spot.

I am starting to understand the reason for all of the low reviews. I've ordered from here occasionally for the past few years since Papa Johns closed down. I was fine with the long wait time that happened sometimes. I understood when I received cold food. Restaurants get busy and they have no control over that. Today, I retrieved my order from the sidewalk/ground outside my building. I'm on the first floor so there are no steps. I always ask that drivers call or knock for this reason. It's disgusting to sit food on the ground where people are constantly walking by. No one called. No one knocked. I was waiting inside just looking at YouTube videos on a low volume inside my apartment. After waiting the max time given to me by UberEats, I decided to check outside. I found the food on the ground. The entire order was cold. They burned the cookie brownie and made it inedible. This was a complete waste of my money. Now I'll have to cook myself something to eat because idk how safe it is to eat the food that was laying on the ground. Just save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else.

Ordered a singular pizza 2 hours ago and have yet to receive it. Called 40 minutes ago and was told it was out for delivery which i am located 1.5 miles from the building.
