So I ordered a manager special which was $16.99. It comes with one large pizza with two toppings and one loaded tots. I also ordered an eight piece cheesy bread which was $8.99 when I got my receipt I was charged $36.00 I went back to speak with the manager and the manager said you already paid. There’s nothing I can do for you. I said I understand I paid but you have to be able to do something for me because I was charged too much. He then proceeded to give me five dollars and say just take that I said no because I’m owed more than five dollars. He was very disrespectful and telling me that I already paid and there’s nothing he can do why you complaining. He also stated that because I got the manager special I cannot order anything else or that takes the special away to me that just don’t make no sense so he kept saying just take the five dollars and go about your business. I said no now I would like a full refund for my $36 I paid with a gift card and $11 with my debit card. He gave me the $11 in cash and said that the remaining $25 would go back on the gift card if it don’t come back on the gift card come back in three days and talk to him about it. This experience was one of the worst I have ever had at Domino’s. This manager needs to be fired or he needs to take a refresher class on management, de-escalation and customer service or just all out needs to be fired. He’s a short guy might be Arabic not sure of his ethnic background, but he was very hostile disrespectful and I feel like he was trying to rob me. the young man that did take my order was very respectful and was trying to help me come to how the order came up to the $36 so I have no problem with the young man that was trying to help me. It’s the manager who was very disrespectful and yelling at me and made me feel very uncomfortable and was in fear for my life because he came from around the back and started yelling at me. All I wanted was a refund that’s it and that’s all.

I’m leaving it a 1 star because that’s the lowest rating i can give. I received my pizza with an extra toppings. A ROACH. i have called many times to complain and asked for a manager and there is never a manager to help. The employee i spoke to didn’t even apologize. NASTY!!!! I have pictures and a video. I’m posting this all over social media also.

We ordered online and accidentally hit pickup. We called in and asked if there was a way to change to delivery or if we could cancel the order to redo it. They said they would switch it to delivery and still use the card payment. That was fine but then the driver could not find our house. He parked at an apartment 2 plots down and when he called us we informed him we were at a house 2 plots down. He seemed to be absolutely clueless as to the difference between a house and an apartment. When he did manage to find the house due to my wife waving and flagging him down, he proceeded to be rude and acted like it was our fault he had no idea how to find an address. Then he asked us to pay the full amount as apparently they did not use our card to process the payment as they said they would which would have been fine to know ahead of time so we could have the cash ready. Will never order from here again.

Food become better. Pizza is not raw dough anymore. Service is kind. Not bad. But no napkins.

I ordered well done pizza. But i got raw dough, nightmare! Never again domino, i feel sick because of raw dough. I'm sorry. And no parmezan for pizza that i paid. 45 $ and no napkins.
