I’m not one to ever do reviews and even a bad one at that but the delivery driver who is an older man named Luis refused to give me my order because he was insisting that he needed payment upfront and when he was told multiple times that it was a online order he still insisted on payment and when I asked him if he was from Domino’s and the order he was holding was for my address. He sat there and told me yes, but still refuse to give me my order and then drove off and so I called back the store They sent out my order again, which I’m grateful for but now the issue is I ordered two pizzas. The first one was fine closed still intact but my second one looks like it’s been sitting on the counter for a while and was tampered with because I’m missing a few pieces of my second Pizza this is unacceptable and when I called the store back they answered and immediately hung up. And when I called Uber Eats support, they said they’re gonna get in contact with the Food safety companies and have them go down there to check out the place and they’re gonna do An inspection on the driver and give me a refund but this whole time the driver was rude unprofessional. I will not be ordering from here again.

I’m here every other Friday almost and when I tell you very disappointed. I always order 2 $6.99 pizza’s an that’s what type of quality they give you what it’s worth. I don’t recall having ordered thin crust pizza and when I tell you it looks as though I had the pizza for 2-3 days pizzas are dry, hard,burnt and hardly have cheese on them even which are supposed to be handtossed it gives frozen pizza quality if you order extra cheese you still get less than. The time for cooking is fast and great however they need to improve on the quality they give to customers, very fast, sloppy and low quality. I don’t know if I’ll continue to order unless the quality changes.

The man that answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful.left me on hold to tend to an employee for 5 mins then returned to the phone to say they could not deliver to me because I'm 2 blocks pass harbison but all the other dominos are further away...he was no help at all EAT AT PAPA JOHNS THEY PAY MUCH BETTER ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PIZZA IS BETTER

We placed an order at 5:36pm on Sunday May 10th. Order took two hours to get delivered. when i called to find out what’s going on i was encountered by the disrespect from the manager John i believe it’s his name. The disgusting attitude given by him. first he hangs up the call, then when we call back he gets nasty saying if I’m mad over some pizza. Not sure who made him manager lol. It extremely childish and nasty. If i’m spending my money at an establishment which cuts his checks there’s no reason why on top of waiting two hours for pizza to be delivered you also have to encounter that kind of disrespect.

It’s a hit or miss with this place. Don’t come here! The card paying system was acting up. They had to manually put my card numbers in. When I gave him my card he begin to walk to the back b4 I stopped him. It took way too long just to pay for my food. Then he didn’t even give me my bread sticks when I asked for it with my pasta. Then tried to get my to start the paying process over. Nope I’m not doing all that again, then left out without them. 😑
