This Domino's is an absolute joke!! They have screwed up on their end on my order yet they won't replace it with what I ordered. they will only give me some random stuff.. I asked for a manager to get it sorted out and was told they don't escalate to a manager no matter what!! The $50 order that was credited to my account is something we didn't order and do not want..Only!! no exceptions!! This isn't the first time I've had this issue and would gladly order from another company if someone else would deliver to my house.. the point is when someone ordered 1 thing you don't replace it with what suits you, when you can't handle simple instructions like no mushrooms. That's not difficult. As a manager myself I'd be firing someone immediately for for being an oxygen thief

Got curbside pickup and included the tip when I ordered and the employee who brought it out handed it to me asking me if I had any cash for a tip and proceeded to tell me they don't get the tip when it is included in the order. I get the service fee might not be left to them but the tip is added later. And if it really isn't then Domino's needs to address the tip situation. I literally felt awkward since I left a $5 tip on a $20 order. Won't be going back here. Sorry.

Thank you for making my order to perfection. I quit ordering for 4 years due to the experience I had from the south memorial store. Very happy and will order again My pizza was so good. Philly cheese steak! And I really like the crew they had tonight. Great job!

I wish there was negative 1000 stars, I would give them that. This place is HORRIBLE! I ordered a medium meatza pizza. I added black olives, bacon, Italian sausage, ham, and sausage, and I requested alfredo sauce for my delivery order. I received cheese and black olives with a sprinkle of bacon and NO OTHER MEAT! It was cold too. I called the store and spoke to the manager. She told me that if I wanted my order to be correct I should use another store because their store is a training store. Really?! That is no excuse for sending the junk she sent to me. She needs to be fired for training her employees to be so horrible!! My total order was $67 for a medium pizza, cheese dip and bread and chicken wings. I expect at that price to GET WHAT I ORDERED!!! I reluctantly agreed to allow them to bring out another pizza. I did not get it until 11pm last night. It was MADE WRONG the second time because they put red sauce instead of alfredo and did not add bacon or black olives!! I did not bother calling the manager again since she obviously is too inept to get the order correct. I did turn in a complaint to corporate and requested to speak to her boss. I strongly suggest NOT USING DOMINOS. It's way too expensive for the junk they deliver. I know I won't anymore. I am attaching pics of the pizzas they sent. The one that actually has meat on it is the one with red sauce that they made wrong the second time.

Store clerk lied to my face saying they weigh the sauce that goes onto the pizzas and they could not put extra sauce even when I ordered it with extra sauce from the website. As I told her I always get extra sauce and the website charged me for it but she couldn’t do anything about it. Horrible service and management.
