The night shift manager and employees are terrible. I will be contacting corporate. I placed an order for one cheese pizza and two BBQ chicken pizzas with extra chicken. I spoke with the manager, over the phone, who already had an attitude before I got to explain the problem. I explained that one has NO BBQ and there’s barely any chicken. They explained that the chicken is by weight. I explained that there’s still no BBQ on one of the pizzas. I was told to bring both of them back, and they could remake it. I brought both of them back to show the CLEAR difference, and the manager had an attitude about it, saying everything has its correct proportion, and they went heavy on the cheese, that’s why I can’t see the BBQ. How is the proportion correct, as you proceed to say it was heavy cheese? I asked for both to be remade since I was told to bring both, and he said he would only remake one. I asked for a refund instead if both couldn't be remade. Since I didn’t have the ONE of THREE pizzas that was right, I was told they couldn't do it because they can’t do partial refunds. I was only told to bring those two. This is terrible customer service, and Domino’s guarantee is absolutely NOT guaranteed. Please find more respectable workers. Corporate will be made aware of this, as all I wanted was my refund for the terrible pizza I was given after all of that, and back and forth drive I had to do. After all of this, it was inedible and DIDN’T HAVE BBQ. All I want is a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

While attempting to order 2 pizzas from their mix&match menu, the price was supposed to be $6.99 each, but the price was much more than that. I called the store. The woman who answered the phone was no help, argued with me about it and hung up in my face. I submitted the order online anyway, only to have the order IMMEDIATELY canceled. I wasn't rude to her, but let her know that it was frustrating to have nothing said about a difference in price for specialty pizzas in the site. She said, 'I can't change the price! I told her I understood that, but was voicing my frustration. She hung up. Where in the world is customer service with this store/restaurant? I expect better.

I brought my children up and the team was super kind and they "have a show" at the little steps / glass window where children can watch them do the pizza and dough. We sat and enjoyed our pizza, the kids enjoyed the show of workers, and then we left. Great experience. (:

Ordered a 5 cheese dip today, there’s about 1 inch in that pan of just cheese ? What was that gonna feed. The lady on the phone said that’s how it always is but if that’s the case I would’ve never went back to order it again .

I placed a “future order” on the app for after i got off work. I arrived at dominos only to realize that i placed the order for the wrong date. They were so nice and accommodating, that they fixed it and had my order ready in 10 minutes! Best location! I never have any issues!
