Awful service, ordered DoorDash delivery and called after an hour of not receiving my order. Got hung up on after being told they were short handed that their drivers deliver the DoorDash orders and I asked if I can picked it up or wait. As I told them I would wait for delivery they just hung up. After another half hour of waiting it says delivered and I looked around and no one was there. It was now closing time. An hour and half or more had now passed I call in to being told I was support come get my door sash. I went to pick up my order and brought a family member wit me that was prior management that heard all of it tonight and checked my order when I picked it up. They staff was rude and the manager came out and said that they weren’t remaking my order that had been sitting for almost 2 hrs that it was a DoorDash issue now and slammed a post it with their cooperate number on it. Even after asking for supervisors or prior policy for customer quality expectations was met with aggressive behavior and not domino quality food. Being told how hard of a night they just had that remaking two medium pepperoni pizzas that sat on a hot hold for close to two hours was some how my fault tonight. I’m too nice of a person, I normally would have said nothing and just not have came back, but because we asked for the order to be fresh at close we were a problem and was told to get out that their doors were supposed to be locked already.

Honestly terrible service like I try to respect it that they only have two worker which isn’t there fault at all business aspect they need to have more people in there !! They messed my pizza up before they credit me money which was nice but then I go to reorder in then they make my pizza thin crust didn’t even asked if I wanted thin or thick like when I order it’s always thick never been had this problem. Then I ask for Alfredo sauce legit the smallest amount can’t even taste it an i appreciate them trying which again they need more staff stop being cheap with yall location in hire more staff!!! Them to top it off with they never answer the phone !!! I’ve been ordered dominos the last month in a half at least like 8 times an it’s just always soemthint with yall frl !!! This location specifically only three times … She asked if she could fix anything respectfully she did try to accommodate me but honestly I’m just over even ordering amongst yall food chain in its self . What’s your email ? How can I reach you !

Update: evening shift*** I attempted to order delivery Saturday evening. My food was cut and sat under the heat lamps for over an hour without being delivered. After 1.5 hours with no delivery, I called to cancel my order. There is a clear difference in reliability in delivery between lunch and evening shifts. Previous: lunch shift*** Ive ordered delivery from here twice now. Zero issues with delivery. The drivers have been great and the food hot and fresh. I have not had a problem with my order either. I can respect the integrity of this location.

I had a terrible experience with the Dominos at Broadway and considered myself a very good customer. I had a credit that was supposed to be issued and it was not in the computer and the manager on hand totally disregarded me and basically hung up the phone on me, even though I was the victim!!! They treated me beautifully here I have to give a shout out to Logan for listening to me vent!!! I’ll never be going to that store again and I’ll be frequently the one on Georgesville Moore. I’m from Westerville originally and I never have issues like that up there they always take care of me.

Placed an order for $23 and had a terrible experience. It took the employee about 5 minutes just to take the order and another 2 minutes to enter my address. After that, I waited over an hour for my food. I tried calling the store multiple times for an update, but every call was either put on hold or ignored for 10+ minutes. This is by far the worst location I’ve dealt with. Customer service is extremely poor, and the staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional. Looking through the reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only person who has had issues here. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere and wait for them to shut down.
