I have never had a bad experience from this location until today. I ordered a pizza and, like always, requested that the food be HANDED TO ME and for the delivery person to CALL ME when they arrive so I can open the door. I live in a building that is locked from the outside to anyone that doesn't live there. The delivery person left my food out on the stoop! I live in the city. Literally anyone can walk off with the food and other deliveries which is why I requested the food gets handed to me! I called the store immediately and they refused to give a refund and only offered a credit to the account. No, I want my money back on the card I paid for it with! They then offered a pizza remake instead. Why, so they next delivery person can leave it outside for the birds and thieves?? The fact that I tipped the order too and this is the service received?? I will NEVER order from here again. What the actual hell. Who just leaves a person's food outside? The Dominos website literally says that if you are not happy with your order, they will refund you and yet, I was refused a refund. A credit or pizza remake is NOT a refund.

Had an issue with the website so the order was placed twice. Tried calling the store multiple times to cancel one of them and they didn't answer, left me on hold for 7+ minutes, and actually hung up on me. Very thankful the first delivery driver was kind and helpful with the situation.

I just have to say—this Domino’s pizza was absolutely delicious! Every bite was perfect, and the price honestly can’t be beat. What made the experience even better was the incredible service. Manager Erin ( @>-THANK YOU-

Just spent $50 on 3 pizzas & 4 subs @ the Gay Street location. Not crowded & no line, so idk how in the world they forgot garlic butter sauce on all the pizzas. It's definitely on the receipt. I just tried to call and no answer, but my mom & daughter said when they went in to pick up the order, they were letting the phone ring off the hook. Will not return..... Pizza dry as tumbleweed.

Very disappointed with my experience. When I arrived, I was told my order would take about 30 minutes. After waiting around an hour and a half with no update, I asked the employee to check on my order. They looked in the computer and realized the order had never even been made. I ended up waiting almost 2 hours total just to get my pizza. Mistakes happen, but better communication and organization would have made a huge difference.
