Been ordering here the last 6 months, it used to be amazing. Recently the cheese has been too thick and not melted, it honestly ruins the pizza. It creates a thick layer of cheese making it an unpleasant experience. My girlfriend will refuse to order from this location because this has happened every time for the past couple months. We ordered here again tonight and experienced the same thing. I’ve worked at a couple fast food pizza places before, it seems like the cheese may not be properly defrosted before being put on the pizza, just my take. If this issue was resolved this would be our go to place so please fix it!

I given up on Domino's in the past. Now I remember why. That gooey stuff IS NOT CHEESE! That's raw dough! You can see the actual baked dough underneath. I don't think they let the dough come up to room temp or something else is going wrong. Over proofing maybe? I worked in the food service industry for a long time, and I have never seen a problem like this persist for multiple years. Maybe the customer base just doesn't notice or care. This is not the first time I've had this problem with them. I'm not trying to hurt the business or throw anyone under the bus. The store is literally 2 miles from my house. I would love to have a decent pizza joint that close. They did refund me without a return to the store. Silver lining. Unfortunately I was really in the mood for pizza.

Jeffery was awesome and helped me out so much. I fell asleep by accident after I ordered online for a pay at store order just after 11p, woke up in a panic and went down to the domino's to pickup my food with just 5 mins to 1a(closing). Jeffery(I hope im spelling his name right) heated my cool pizza in the oven and it tasted even better than when I normally get the pan pizza. Anyway, give him a raise ASAP and tell him thank you again for me. 😎💯

You can tell they take pride in their work and create a positive environment. More importantly, they are incredibly prompt and efficient. My orders, whether for a single pizza or a large family feast, are always ready right on time or even earlier. The accuracy is spot-on every single time. What makes this location stand out: Top-Tier Staff: The crew deserves a shout-out. They are the main reason we keep coming back. They handle the busy dinner rushes with a smile and make every customer feel valued. Speed & Reliability: The "30 minutes or less" promise feels like a guarantee here. I use the online tracker, and it's always accurate, with my food being hot and fresh the moment I arrive. Food Quality: The pizza is always cooked perfectly with a great crust, generous toppings, and gooey cheese. The Parmesan Bread Bites are a must-try side! Cleanliness: The lobby is always clean and well-organized, which reflects their high standards. Answering Common Questions: "How is the carry-out/drive-thru wait?" Almost nonexistent. They are so well-organized. The drive-thru line moves quickly, and for carry-out, your order is typically waiting for you on the hot rack. "Is the food consistently good?" Yes. I've ordered from here numerous times over the past year and have never had a cold pizza or a wrong order. The quality is reliable. "Is it a good location for a large order?" Absolutely. Today I was the adult that ordered a vegetable pizza with no vegetables. I spoke to Miss AMARIS one of the managers and she allowed me to come back and she fixed my order I thought, when ordering the pizza that I ordered a vegetable pizza and if I hit on any of the Boxes it would charge me extra that is not the case so for all of your adults out here ordering a vegetable pizza when it goes to the screen for you to check the boxes off don’t be afraid lol just check all of the boxes With the toppings you would like it’s OK you will not be charged extra if it is a vegetable pizza. I am so grateful for the manager Ms. AMARIS. Who knew what to do who did not make me feel like an idiot she was very calm and very professional and took care of the situation very quickly. Every pizza that I have gotten from them has been warm, hot and good. I am very grateful for this dominoes and I don’t understand why they only have 3 1/2 stars, but I will tell you that must be a very old rating or either we don’t have enough people during reviews about the great pizza that they have received from this location, either way, it does not represent the service, the warmth and genuine great food that you will receive at this location.
