On 4/20, I actually met the owner of this location, and based on our conversation, I truly believed improvements were going to be made within the store. Unfortunately, my experience tonight on 5/23/26 showed otherwise. I placed an order at approximately 8:55 PM because I did not feel like cooking after a long day. The order tracker showed that my pizza was completed at 9:07 PM. By 10:00 PM, I still had not received my order, so I called the store for an update. The manager informed me that the store was “backed up,” but also confirmed that my order had already been ready for quite some time, matching what the tracker showed. I then asked if they were seriously planning to deliver pizza that had been sitting for over an hour. At that point, there was silence on the phone, and shortly after, the call disconnected. I took a moment to calm down before calling back because I wanted to handle the situation respectfully. When I called again, I asked to speak with the manager, who identified himself as Montreal. I explained that I did not want food delivered after sitting for over an hour and requested that the order be remade and refunded. During this conversation, the manager stated that the delivery driver had allegedly been “out messing around drunk since 5 PM” and that he had to call in the general manager for assistance. I was shocked to hear this explanation being given to a customer. I again requested a refund and fresh pizzas, and I was told no. When I asked to speak with the general manager, I was told the GM was not there. The call was then disconnected again. As a restaurant owner myself at Stacy’s Soul Kitchen, I understand that unexpected staffing and operational issues happen. However, hanging up on customers, refusing accountability, and attempting to send out food that has been sitting for over an hour is unacceptable. Customers should not bear the consequences of poor store management or staffing failures. Had the store been unable to properly operate tonight, the responsible decision would have been to temporarily pause deliveries or close the store rather than provide substandard service and dismiss customer concerns. I will not be ordering from this location again, but I do expect to be made whole regarding this order. I would appreciate being contacted by upper management regarding both the handling of my order and the conduct displayed during these phone calls.

Yo this has got to be the best Domino's Pizza I have ever been in. The bathrooms are extremely clean. Their customer service is over the top the best. And for some reason the manager Chris is obsessed with making sure his customers is always happy. Even though I live a lot closer to two other dominoes I do not mind driving a little further just to go and make sure I received the service I received from this particular Domino's.

I had a great experience at Domino’s Pizza! The service was quick, the food was fresh and delicious, and everything was made exactly how I ordered it. Aaliyah was especially amazing—she was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect from start to finish. Her positive attitude really stood out and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Aalayah has wonderful customer service skills. Her smile is contagious! She was very helpful with my order! Each time that I have ordered from here the food is always good!!! The store was clean and that also gives you a reason to want to come back!

This place is now becoming disrespectful charging for non quality work. To make a long story short this place owed me a refund and never refunded me. I dealt with it for over a yr and I final settled for a credit on my account every time it came to me using my credit they dictate how I can use my credit saying I have to use it on full menu price no promotions , discounts or coupons. I finally just said hey it’s been a yr of back and forth let me just order some wings and this what I received smh this is so disappointing image paying over 30 dollars and getting this. Terrible and the sad part is looking at all the bad reviews for this location it’s clear the quality and customer service is a major issue and all the owner or company do is respond to the reviews saying send me an email but from what others have said is they never respond to anything it’s just a show to make it seem like they are wanting to help. Sad part is this specific location is at 2.3 score for reviews that’s terrible but it make sense it’s sad companies get so much money from their customers but don’t take consideration to how the customers feel let’s be honest look at these wings . And then one of the options was garlic perm no sauce at all really but look at the size of these wings. This is sad and for them to even serve this to a paying customer is what blow my mind
