Was staying in a hotel nearby and didn’t want to go out before we left in the morning. I put in my order then seen some of the reviews so I was unsure what to expect. Order was delivered at a reasonable time. My daughter wanted NY style pep and olives (I got extra sauce). The spinach cheese bread was cheesy which was perfect. Overall happy about it. Wish there was a way to ask for plates or napkins but we made it work.

Subject: Complaint Regarding My Order at Domino’s Brier Creek Dear Domino’s Brier Creek Management Team and/or Corporate Offices, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service and food quality I experienced at your Brier Creek location tonight with my recent emergency pizza order. Unfortunately, this location has repeatedly fallen short with delayed orders, unprepared food, and poor staff interactions. Tonight was no exception. After a long, exhausting week, I used my emergency pizza reward, hoping for a reliable and comforting meal. However, the experience was frustrating and unacceptable: 1. Lack of Notification: I was not notified via the app or text that my order was ready, forcing me to walk in and ask the staff. 2. Unhelpful Staff: After asking two associates of about 9/10 staff on hand, no one could initially locate my pizza. I was eventually pointed to a red receptacle with a flap, rather than being properly assisted or shown where my pizza was. 3. Cold Pizza and Incorrect Toppings: When I retrieved my pizza, it was immediately cold. I had ordered extra cheese blend, but the cheese was sparse and definitely not “extra.” 4. Poor Quality and Presentation: The pizza was poorly cut, and when I tried to pull it apart, after roughly tugging, it ripped into shreds. I have attached photos as evidence to show the lack of care, cold temperature, insufficient cheese, and how the pizza tore apart. It feels as though the quality and service are neglected when these “emergency” pizzas are free, which is unacceptable. I also had to waste my time and gas driving in dangerous black ice conditions to collect such a poorly made pizza. I ended up throwing the entire pizza in the trash b/c that’s what it was. Trash. And that’s where it belonged because it also tasted awful. This is not an isolated issue. My boyfriend had a similar experience at this same location a few weeks ago, and my mom encountered issues at another nearby Domino’s last month. I am appalled by the consistent lack of care and poor service, and I believe immediate action is necessary. I am requesting a prompt response from a manager, owner/operator, general manager, or district manager to address this issue. I’ve also submitted a complaint to your corporate offices. I would like either a fresh replacement pizza of my choice or compensation in the form of a gift card for the inconvenience and expense caused by this situation. Bad service. Saw my order in the pick up section ready and waiting on employee on register to get off phone which was fine. Then another customer which happened to be another employee who was off work. Another employee cooking saw him come in and gave him his order instead asking what I was there for. Then proceeded to have a 5 min conversation cussing, talking negatively about other businesses, etc. Wouldn’t recommend hiring people who are friends when they don’t know how to be professional on the clock or prioritize a customer who arrived first or even asking what I was there for

If I could put a negative 50 I would. I ordered 2 pizzas, and had absolutely no cheese on it. I called and told them what happened, and was asked to come back. Not because he didn't "believe" me, he just to see and show crew. They were way too lax for my liking when I returned with the dry pizza. Wanted me to wait another 15 minutes to make another one. I just wanted a refund after that. Sorry customer service.

Complete screw-up outfit. Ordered at 6:06 PM pizza supposed to be delivered at 7:15, we call at 7:20 they lost/misplaced the order, blamed the computer. Had to put us in the queue again, pizza doesn’t arrive till after 8PM. It’s almost 2026, and the dominos online ordering system can’t get it right and the poor workers are too overwhelmed and mismanaged to oversee the systems and processes to make sure everything is working properly. You can order from them, but you’ll be at their mercy. Go elsewhere and save yourself the grief. If enough of us do this, maybe their workload will decrease to the point they can handle it
