not sure how long Sam has been managing this dominoes but the service and quality has gone up so much in the past couple months! always had issues before and now it’s always super smooth and the drivers have been so kind! it really makes a difference and goes a long way. Thank you guys for supplying us with pizza and getting it to us warm and fresh! Yall the goat

Pizza is always amazing. Never an issue with the food quality and turnaround time to get my pizza delivered typically. All delivery drivers are cool, respectful and deliver to your door. (I’m in an apartment building) However, there’s one delivery driver, Ali, that is very bad. My friend and I order from here and whenever we have him as a driver he is very rude and disrespectful. On one occasion he calls me to tell me he can’t access the building even after I’ve provided the number to enter. He then left the pizza on the ground outside in front of the door to enter the garage floor. Typically the other drivers deliver to my door. This most recent time, he calls to tell me he’s not delivering it to the door and how I must pick it up from him out front of the apartment complex not even in the garage. Extremely rude on the call and in person. Have tried to contact the store about it but nobody ever answers the phone. Again. No issue with the food or anything else. This delivery driver, Ali, is terrible.

I ordered for delivery on March 15 at around 10.35pm. I was visiting for a conference. The tracker app showed the driver Robert come till my hotel and I even went down to meet him but I saw him just drive off without getting out of the car or calling me and marked my order as delivered. I’ve made 8 calls to the store and I never get connected to a manager or a person in the store and I’m endlessly made to wait with an automated ad and music playing. This is the worst possible dominos store in the world and I’ve had dominos in 3 continents. I would give negative stars if I could. Stay away from this one! Better pizza places in the same neighborhood to choose from.
