Not happy at all. Thought I would try them again after they messed up our last order. Took FOREVER for this order ti be delivered and thr food was COLD. They are the slowest pizza place around. Not only when it comes to delivery but prep and handling etc. They are truly the worst. I can't believe I went back. I also ordered and paid for an 8 piece wing and I got 7. Someone doesn't know how to quality check. When u call to say something about cold food etc They act like you are bothering them. Think twice before you order form them.

We have ordered pizza from Domino’s here before and always had great flavor with OK service, but today was a horrible experience. We ordered a pan pizza, and after biting into it, it was obvious the dough had NOT been fully cooked. The cheese was barely melted, and the crust had absolutely no crunch to it. I called the store and explained the issue to the gentleman who answered. He stated that they would remake the pizza and have it done correctly. I sent my husband to pick up the replacement pizza, and somehow it was even worse than the original. The dough was so severely undercooked to the point that it almost seemed intentional, and also had extra sauce that we never requested. I called back and requested to speak with the general manager. The employee put the phone down and started yelling in the background, the same man who originally answered, got back on the phone claiming he was the manager. He showed zero concern about the problem spoke so quietly, I could barely hear him, and when I asked him for his name, he really responded, “ I don’t have to give it to you.” The pizza was horrible, and the customer service was even worse. Shame on Domino’s for employing management that is this rude, dismissive and uncaring.

$4.49 for a delivery fee? Like your minimum is $17 to spend anything at all and then you have a $4:49 delivery fee? That means you can barely order one pizza for 30 bucks unless you plan on skipping the driver tip... I don't understand this at all it's like you want to take the delivery driver's tip. Take as much of it as you possibly can. This is a problem with most corporate delivery services.. You aren't delivering the food. The driver is. They are putting wear and tear on their vehicles for your corporation not you.. We should be able to have money left over to give to the driver so that they can afford to keep delivering your pizzas for your corporate greed. House full of people who want some pizza right now and simply can't afford it because the delivery fee is too much. Like I literally almost have enough if only your delivery fee didn't cost so much. AND I REFUSE TO SKIP OUT ON TIPPING THE DRIVER BECAUSE I KNOW THIS IS HAPPENING OFTEN BECAUSE THE DELIVERY FEES ARE SO HIGH THAT PEOPLE OFTEN OPT OUT OF TIPPING THE DRIVER. AND ANOTHER HORRIBLE THING IS THAT YOU DON'T LET PEOPLE OPT OUT OF YOUR DELIVERY FEE BUT YOU SURE AS HECK LET THEM OPT OUT OF TIPPING THE DRIVERS. THIS IS INCORRECT BUSINESS AND SERVICE ON ALL ENDS. I already thought it was outrageous at $3.99 in South dakota. But it's almost $5 delivery out here? I normally wouldn't say anything or make a post but I'm simply just absolutely disgusted by all levels of corporate greed at this point.

We usually don't have problems with this location, but today, we placed a take out order for 2 hours in advance. When the pizza was picked up at the time that we had requested, it looked and tasted as if it had been sitting in the warmer since the time the order had been placed. We had to reheat them in our own oven and butter the crust to make it taste fresh again. The parmesan bites were good though, which is why I give 3 stars instead of 2. Not sure why this happened with our pizza, but the quality this time was disappointing.

If I could give a zero rating I would! So tonight I ordered pizza and garlic bites and upon delivery my order was missing the garlic bites. I figured I would give them a call and have them bring out my missing items. Instead I’ve been hung up on 3 times.! I wait at least 5 minutes each time just to be hung up on and now I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes!!! This is not good customer service!
