How can I Describe my experience first of all it's my #2 time at this location. First thing I noticed is the front of the store was Dirty trash all over floor and leaves that blow in from out side . There no bathroom for Guest use even though it's there . Place close to train and bus very convenient for travelers, so as I walk in greeted by trash all over floor in the front . The Countertop to place the order are very high not suitable for short people or handycap. Or people in wheelchairs , the window is the bench to wait while your food cooks . Girl at the Register Middle East was very kknowledgeable and helpful I order medium extravaganza pizza . Honey barbecue Wings and steak tots . I made mistake ask bacon . Then realized it was steak I wanted she made sure the problem was fix . But I noticed a lot of people behind her such small store seem over crowded with employees a lot lady's were speaking Spanish . Seem confused when my pizza tender try to speak to them about my order . A lot of Spanish speaking among them . No English communication with the English staff . Spanish lady's weren't wearing hair nets or Glove when preparing the food bare hands . Seem like sardines in a can . Must be hard as English speaking employee having to communicate to non verbal English speaking employee. Using sign language. Overall the cashier girl made some suggestions to promote menu . I got my food pretty fast taste overall not sure once I eat everything I pray it Don't go 👍 ght through me in the bathroom. Taste on the food seem pretty accurate to other Dominos in the areas...overall Great place ....they must teach Spanish English or hire middle age folks cause chaos among staff . I would recommend to friends . They must clean the front. To many in the back please wear Glove there a lot of bacteria going around with the change of season . As a guest not sure we're them hands been must was hands after every order and wear latex gloves hope this can improve with corps office.. Order #2836

Ordered 1144pm Delivered 1224am MISSING 3 ITEMS OUT 8 AND I DO NOT EAT THOSE PIZZAS LOST MY MONEY AND DIDNT EAT LOL $38 plus tip. $3.00 on app $3.00 cash. CALLED AND NO ANSWER. 4/15/26

Try to avoid this location if you can. Manager is rude and they never finish the order. I get chicken wings and ask for them to be cooked in conveyor twice they never do it until I get there then I have to look at them and tell them to put up again. Also, every time we get the pizza, they never put the Parmesan on it and the butter on the crust Like they’re supposed to do with the stuffed crust. Instead of offering me any of my Money back or telling me to come exchange it when I call to complain (because this is the 3rd time) she says I watched them put it on if you watch them put it on. It would’ve been there. It’s not. Terrible location needs a better manager!!

Genuinely the worst service ive seen in a while. Said delivery time was 25 minutes and its been almost 2 hours. Called and was ignored cuz there's no shot they're busy at this time. Don't waste your time lol

Horrible experience from start to finish with Domino's. My order was marked as delivered when it never actually arrived. I called the store, and the manager told me the driver was “on the way,” which turned out to be completely untrue. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called back again, only to hear the manager tell another staff member that they would just refund me because they couldn’t remake the order and the driver wouldn’t be coming back. No explanation, no attempt to fix the situation just a complete lack of effort. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially from a manager. If this is how issues are handled, it’s hard to understand how this location is still operating. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you’re picking up your order yourself. Definitely not ordering from here again.
