Stay away from this place. Gaurds are smoking, chatting on their phones not paying attention. Checked me in as bulk, when I got a door had to be sent back. One guard told me she fixed it in the system and told me to wait. Waited 30 mins decided to. Call the phone number only to be told it's not fixed from bulk to live load. Too much for the safety yet incompetence is rampant. Management should focus on hiring people ready to work not just filling quarters.

Friendly staff. I dont know why all the bad reviews, but I checked in 3 hrs early and received a dock right away. Average loading time of 1.5 hrs.. Porta-potties available, no vending machines and definitely no overnight parking. Plenty of room to safely maneuver around.

My first time here . Checked in at 11am checked out 1:30pm . They let you stay in your truck at docks . Overall not a bad experience. Only issue can’t hear guards instructions as trucks and such move by Ps. Its tight and limited backing space . Everyone trying to get to n from at same time.

This is an extremely poor company; the wait times are excessively long. I waited for five hours, and when I approached them, they asked me to keep waiting. I advise you to stay away from this company.

I don't normally review customers but take my experience for what it's worth. I arrived to be loaded at 0315 for 0330 appointment. I waited in the holding area until I received my text to go to a dock door at 0900. You will need to sign in at the guard shack on paper and by tablet. You will also need to check into shipping after you scale and get docked. I was out by 11:00. The shipping office stated that several of the docks were not usable, creating a delay. That being said, make sure to arrive with a fresh clock and plan on only having a limited amount of time to drive when you leave. The employees were professional, no rudeness. There are portapotties in the staging area and by the docks. When leaving, scale out with your guest pass and check out at the guard shack.
