Let’s just say my husband and I know the GM of this store pretty well at this point and she is absolutely amazing!!! If we ever have a single problem with any order, we have we call and we ask for Tiffany and she instantly makes it right no matter what it is whether it’s your food needs to be remade and sent back out or if you need a refund this woman definitely cares about her business and she definitely cares about how people get treated when being a customer at this location. She always values feedback and she’s always so polite to talk to!! Tiffany has made Domino’s become a much better team and she is most definitely refining the team to perfection. Our food is usually great however, if we ever have a problem, we just give a call and let her know.

Really disappointed with 16' NY style pizza. The pizza was made without tomato sauce. It was very dry. Called to ask for the manager. The phone rang and when it was answered the phone advertisement message continued repeating itself. On the forth try, phone finally answered and I was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes. Worst managed store ever.

This is my first time ordering two large pepperoni pizza for $30 and some bread stick and pizza stick I was highly disappointed the food taste like cardboard . No flavor on The pizza sauce didn’t have any flavor just dry and overcooked . Someone new need to come in and replace the whole staff and get better cooks

There was a small mix-up with our order, but GM Tiffany stepped in right away and completely turned the situation around. She handled everything with such calmness and professionalism—listening carefully, apologizing sincerely, and making sure we felt heard and valued as customers. Her approach to conflict resolution was impressive; she didn’t just fix the issue, she made sure the entire experience ended on a positive note. Tiffany went above and beyond by quickly correcting the order and keeping us updated throughout the process. Her attitude was friendly, patient, and genuinely caring, which made a huge difference. To top it off, she gave us brownies—and they were absolutely delicious! It was such a thoughtful gesture that really showed how much she cares about customer satisfaction.
