Adam Norwood 6 months agoLast time ordering from Dominos, or this particular location. So I got the pizzas and the delivery driver was really nice. She handed me the pizzas one by one but they felt a little off. I went inside and the top one fell over. I asked her if she can have another made and she told me I would have to call the store. But then my uncle and cousin opened up they're pizzas and they thought I dropped those too because all of them were lopsided and shifted to the side which never I never dropped, then it occurred to me WHY the first pizza fell. All the weight was shifted to the side. They were probably dropped before and they looked undercooked as well. I called the store again and someone hung up on me, then I tried calling again and the manager picked up. She was nice as well but told me to call back 5 minutes later because it was busy and she was by herself which is understandable. I called again and got A busy tone so I called corporate and then called the store again that evening and all they can do was give me a $15 credit. No refund If this was A small order, I wouldn't be tripping, but me and my family chipped in to pay A whopping $71 and this was the outcome. Horrible
Curtis Cunningham 2 years ago28JAN24 ~ There seems to have been a complete change in the staff at this location since my last trip there, which was a step in the right direction. I like the status board which shows where your order is. The woman that seemed to be running the shift when I was there was very nice, articulate, and organized in thought & deed. My pizza, pepperoni & mushroom, hand tossed, regular tomato sauce, was very good. The interior was very clean & well lit. Thank you. Previous 1 Star Review: Why is my google review of this domino's pizza being censored?!? Is domino's paying you to delete valid negative reviews of domino's?!? Overcharging, vulgar employee, terrible customer service, ineffective supervision, and COLD PIZZA! I went to the Domino's on Terry Parkway, in Terrytown, Louisiana. From the front door I could see the woman answering the phone & taking my order. She said that my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. A few minutes later she opened the front door to take my credit card and told me to put her tip on my credit card. I was caught off guard because I had never previously heard anything like this. I don't tip a phone in, carry out, order. In retrospect I should have paid the money to avoid all the problems that ensued because I did not pay. I stood just outside the front door so everyone inside (There were six employees working inside) could see me. After 30 minutes a guy came outside to deliver a pizza to a different customer. He asked me if I had ordered a pizza and asked my first name. Shortly he came back and said there was no order under my first name & asked my last name. He did not come back. After an hour a different guy came outside and said there was no order under my first or last name and asked me the phone number I used to place my order. No one ever told me anything about what was going on. After an hour & 15 minutes, still not knowing anything about my order, I knocked on the front door trying to get someone's attention so I could just cancel my order. The guy working near the front door started swearing at me, using every known profane word. After an hour and a half a different woman came out, carrying a pizza, said that she was sorry for everything that happened (she was actually somewhat nice), and gave me pizza that was cold. When I received my credit card bill there was an over charge by just over two dollars so the first woman got her extortion tip anyway! Terrible performance and conduct! I'd give zero stars if possible!
Blake Tilbury a year agoOrdered a pizza tonight after traveling for 12 hours. Upon delivery, we were excited to finally get something in our stomachs. When we opened the red peppers to begin our feast, we were caught off guard by the MOLD in our peppers. I called the store and asked for the manager, Percy, who yelled at ME for requesting a refund. I stated I wouldn’t be eating the order with MOLD and he had the audacity to request me to bring it back to the store. Like what? You deliver me something with MOLD, which could’ve caused great bodily injury if I hadn’t caught YOUR mistake - and you want me to get an Uber to bring it back? Calling corporate and the health department!!!
Sarah McCallum 3 years agoSo we ordered an alfredo pizza with chicken today and ordered extra sauce. Well, the first pizza my husband picked up had little to no sauce. It was literally just bread and cheese….not what I wanted. My husband called back and calming explained the situation and they told us to bring the old pizza back and they would make a new one. So my husband picks up the pizza and this is what we get….. This is excessive and I am POSITIVE it was done intentionally because it had to be remade. Now it is pure soup!! I know I said extra but come on… this is too much…I just wanted a little extra sauce not a soupy pizza. This is the SECOND time we have had an issue with this location!!
Tammy a year agoOrdered online. Walked in to find smiling faces. It was clean. Music playing. My plan was to eat at home but this location has a few CLEAN tables. My pizza looked so good two other customers asked what I ordered. One man asked for a piece! Then stood over me while I ate. Grrr The lady making the pizza was super friendly. Quick. The 2 ladies working gave a nice vibe. Refreshing. Props to the ladies on duty, Domino!s. I will be back. Ps The one on Manhattan is sad so I drove to Terrytown.
