First off I walked in and they told me I couldn't be in there and I had to use the window and that was totally fine so I went outside and went to the window and nobody came to the window so I knocked on the window the person who told me to go outside to the window, came to the window And she grabbed my order for me. I got in my car and open the pizza. It was a soupy mess. I asked for light sauce, but it was full of sauce. Didn't look like any cheese was on it, and it wasn't cooked at all. I get the pizza was only 999 but it could at least been cooked. The employees are rude and based on the other reviews, I see here they should honestly just close at this point. Worst dominoes ever

I can only say the food is good, the service is bad and almost entirely nonexistent. I order from here frequently and 9 times out of ten there is a problem with delivery. What makes it worse is the restaurant refuses to pick up the phone when trying to correct these errors. As of making this review, I paid for my order using the app and was told my food was delivered when in reality I received nothing and the driver never even arrived at the door. I am constantly disappointed by problems like this and the only good thing about it being the pizza is pretty good.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Raiona at the Domino’s on General Meyer Ave. She provided amazing customer service and was the only person there who was professional, polite, and actually cared about helping customers. Even though the store seemed busy and stressful, she stayed calm, respectful, and went out of her way to make sure my order was handled correctly. It’s rare to see someone with that kind of positive attitude and work ethic in customer service these days. Domino’s is lucky to have an employee like Raiona representing their store. Thank you for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one! Unfortunately, my experience with the manager on duty at the Domino’s on General Meyer Ave was extremely disappointing. The manager had a very poor attitude and was openly cursing while speaking around customers. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he came across as rude, impatient, and dismissive. A manager should set the tone for the team and represent the company well, but this behavior was the opposite of what you’d expect from someone in charge. It created an uncomfortable environment and reflected very poorly on the store’s leadership. I hope Domino’s management addresses this issue because customers deserve to be treated with respect.

I ordered a pizza for delivery after I worked all day and watched the tracker show the driver get half way here and then just turn around and complete the order as if it was delivered. They straight up robbed me. I tried calling over and over and no one answered even though im watching the tracker show the driver pull up to the store like are you foreal? Pathetic little thieves. Ruined my night the way they think it’s ok to play with other people’s hard earned money. Disgusting behavior by the employees.

Orders generally sit in "quality control" for 30 - 60 minutes or longer. My last order didn't leave the store until 2 hours after it came out of the over, and then it was never delivered. I've tried calling the store multiple times, but nobody answers the phone. You'll be put on hold for several minutes until you finally get a "no one is answering, please try your call later." After that the system hangs up on you.
