WORST DOMINOS IN NEW ORLEANS. unprofessional, wrong food, basic lack of understanding, and have more attitude then you when the order is wrong. asked for the managers name several times. i got ashley then brittany. nov 23 1:04 pm hollered at me on the phone about putting garlic in my pizza after i placed the order , called to confirm they didn’t put it , and asked when picking it up. would not give me her name as manager after asking several times. told me come back to the store and bring it back if it’s a problem and hung up. disrespectful. i would never let a business like this remake my food. mind you i did everything i was supposed to do to ensure it was correct.

The first time I ordered pizza from here it was half cooked I will be attaching those photos… the second time I ordered which is today December 18th around 6pm nah I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt because the first time it was horrible so now I’m hoping it’s gotten better.. here we go today comes I ordered to get contactless when I went outside the pizza was not there my neighbor that has camera footage on my house says the food is not and it don’t seem like it’s there maybe he showed them the picture from the last time he came i don’t know but I’m sitting here hungry as hell and the property has a attitude and tells me that there’s nothing they can do with that come talk to the manager in the morning .. I swear if I didn’t have a lot to lose I would have cut up but I kept my composure cuz clearly they have issues. But I will like to contact cooperate because this is getting out of hand taking people money and not delivering the order or their service. By far the worst of dominos you can ever think of.. Never again will I purchase I am without pizza and my money just sad

Not a big fan of this dominos at all! I only order as a last option and something wrong everytime. You no longer get a marinara sauce with any bread like before, now you are charged for any and all sauce $2 for 1 when online it’s .99! It just doesn’t make sense and the service is just like deal with it! Downtown 9th ward nobody in here has professionalism. Plus you can’t place an order unless you prepay for it apparently due to people placing orders and not picking them up. Last pizzas look like personal pizzas and not mediums, I love dominos but not this location

Pizza was undercooked, missing ingredients, barely any cheese on a pan pizza thats supposed to have extra! No answer on the phone, rude staff, def the worst location in the city. What a shame!

When I called to request a refund because my food is burned, I was told by an employee "I boxed that and it didn't look burned to me." That's really nothing but an accusation that I was lying. So I decided to post pictures as evidence. I agree that, from the top, it doesn't appear burned. However, if I'm calling with a concern, don't try to tell me that I'm lying to you. No big complaints about this store, outside of this instance.
