Ordered food from this location. Delivery was going according to plan until it said it was delivered. As a tourist, don't order from this Domino's. They said the order was delivered at 20:21. I never got a call from the delivery driver nor did I get one from my hotels concierge so I went downstairs. No pizza was waiting at the desk so I asked the concierge if a dominos pizza had been delivered and she said no. I asked the valet at the front door and he gave me the same answer. When I called the store their AI assistant said the order had been delivered but attempted to connect me to an employee anyways. No employee answered the phone after going through these motions 3xband their mailbox is full (go figure). There are multiple reviews about similar experiences so I will read reviews going forward, didn't think I needed to do such a thing with a corporate enterprise.As I was just about to give up, I see the valet flagging me down from outside the lobby. The delivery driver showed up 25 minutes after the stated "delivered time" and when I asked him how this could happen, and he stated he didn't know. Don't order from here, doesn't waste your time and money. Pay the extra money and support a local business. I'm tempted to swing by the location to get my tip money back but based on the reviews with this location it would just be a further waste of my time. I understand things happen, but the utter lack of customer service here is unacceptable.

I wouldn’t even give this a one star!!! Had pizza delivered to our hotel room went down stairs met the delivery driver got up stairs opened the box and TWO (2) BABY ROACHES 🪳 WERE CRAWLING IN THE BOX!!!!!! called the store and told the manager”so she said she was the manager” and she was absolutely unacceptably RUDE!!! She said first she would remake it and I said no I don’t want another pizza she said well it won’t have them in it this time!! I said UHM NO HOW CAN YOU ASSURE SOMEONE OF THAT!! This is going in the trash I can not feed this to my child!!! She says something else I said would you feed this to your child???? She says well first I don’t have a kid…… but I will have to charge you for the parm bites and other medium pizza I said the bites were free they were “points” and I’m not eating or feeding this to my child…. I’ll be glad for you to get it back and refund the money because I’m trashing it…. She says you will have to pay for the other two items and I’ll refund the one that had roaches as her staff was laughing in the background….. absolutely DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I have filed a complaint with corporate already, since the “manager” and staff seem to think it’s comical…..

So my husband and I were exhausted, and had to rest up so , we decided to order for a delivery to our hotel. My husband is on the road and does this all the time . And usually is informed by the delivery person that the order is at the desk. He and I waited over 1.50 minutes and didn't hear anything. He tried to call there was no answer so I called about the order. They said we'll the order would not make it to the room , I said why didn't the delivery person tell my husband the order was at the desk. Like he usually gets informed. She had no answer for that. I asked how long would it take for a new order she said 30 minutes to cook then delivery after that. I said we are not waiting and to return my husband's money. I sent an email to the head office to this exact location thanks to GOOLE. And can only hope that he does get his money back . If not will take it up with his bank and the BBB . Who will look into it for us. And since there are other reviews about the same issue from the same location. I can only hope this gets resolved in a timely fashion. And hopefully better procedures going forward. Don't order from here if you want cold pizza or no pizza and have them lie about sending you the refund.

i hope the store was just having a bad day because that’s definitely what we had after coming home and realizing this is what they gave us. “Pan pizza” chicken with mushrooms. Double pepperoni “NY style” we unfortunately got a sorry excuse for both. Buffalo chicken bites, not pictured were half the size advertised. A waste of time and money. I ordered Lava Cakes….. received a sad version of some wings…

Spent night in NO. Had delivered. Husband went to front desk and didn’t check. We just ordered a pizza and cinnamon bites. Pizza was pretty good. Opened up cinnamon bites and I’ve never had them made like this EVER. Not appealing or good
