I had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s Pizza in Wichita. The garlic bread was completely undercooked—it was still doughy inside. I ordered it for my child, and it was not edible. The large pizza I received also didn’t seem right. It looked like slices were missing, and the dough didn’t taste fresh. Honestly, it felt more like a medium pizza placed in a large box. After eating this food, we also experienced stomach pain, which is very concerning. This is unacceptable. Food quality and safety should be taken seriously, and I believe the Wichita Health Department should look into this location’s standards.

My family ordered a pepperoni pizza for pickup. Nothing complicated. My kids refused to eat it bc it smelt weird. I didn’t notice it until the second slice and refused to eat more after. Don’t know if the pepperoni was old or just different, but moments like this you don’t forget. We don’t order Dominos much but this was disappointing. We didn’t even finish the rest became it was gross. Tried the sandwiches and that was better than the pizza.

The gentleman that I delt with had great customer service. He took my order and I had my pizza in 10 minutes. The pizza was pretty good it needed a bit more sauce but other than that it was good.

pizza was good like always. order cinnamon twist and them not so much. look at the picture and I beat you would be disappointed aswell. all of the cinnamon is on the box and not on the twist.

This has to be the best Domino’s in Wichita, probably even in Kansas. The pizzas are nothing short of divine. We’re talkin’ cheesy, delectable, piping-hot goodness delivered straight to your door in mere minutes. And don’t get me started on the customer service. Ryan and Natasha are superb in training their employees because I’ve never dealt with more pleasant, thoughtful staff. I can’t recommend the Maple and Ridge location enough. They truly are a Dream Team 🍕😍 🍕!!
