Order was messed up, was supposed to be Bacon and Pineapple and got Bacon and Pepperoni. Tried to call and no one picked up , then went through website/app and only got one response saying they were going to send this off to an appropriate person. And never heard back and it's been almost a week.

I went to this location on my break. My pizza was already cold and my Parmesan bites. Didn’t have any Parmesan on them nor butter. But I did get great service from another young lady named Jasmine on 26th St. She made me wanna continue Eating Domino’s after a bad service

This place is horrible! It took me 20 minutes to order. First, I did not my order to be taken by AI, so I waited for someone to pick up the phone. No one ever did! Finally, I decided to order using AI, and that was a long process. AI kept repeating the wrong order. After 10 minutes, it finally got my order right. But, when I arrived at the store to pick up my order. The lady who took care of me was extremely unprofessional. She was on the phone with her daughter arguing and screaming. She never put the call on hold, she simply continued fighting with I believe her daughter over the phone. And then, when I got home, the order was wrong. Even though AI had repeated my order correctly, the pizzas were wrong. What a horrible experience. Domino's should be embarrassed!

I really tried to give this location a chance. There’s always a problem when I order delivery. My last order was missing an item. That was a week ago.. this time I ordered a spinach and feta pizza and it came with no feta!!! I called and let them know and they told me there was nothing they could do, and that they were sure it was feta on it. Pizza was dry as a bone!! Never again with this location!

When I want pizza I call my order in, drive over and pick it up. When I get home, my pizza is hot and fresh. No problem. 🍕
