Domino's Pizza

Im not sure what was up with them yesterday but seems like it was very much an off night. We ordered a pizza, a cheesy bread, and a 2 liter of coca cola at 9ish. We got the call the driver was on the way. An hour later rolls around driver is not to us yet so we assume he had other orders to drop off. Give it a bit more time and then we call the store. A guy picks up and we tell him the issue. He says "he'll be there in 5/10 minutes." We says "ok thank you, have a good night." About 7 minutes after that call the delivery was marked delivered. It was definitely not. We never got a call to pick it up, no knocks, and the driver on the tracking app just before that was not at our place. My husband has to call the store 4 times and each time the same man he spoke to the first time picks up and puts him on hold. After 25 minutes of waiting on hold each time he calls back to try again. Same guy, same putting us on hold and seeming to forget about us. Google store business chart said they were pretty much dead in there at that time. I tell him to hang up so I could call and I got through right away to a completely different associate who immediately connected me to the manager and she was very kind and helpful. Gave us a refund so we could try ordering again. At this point it had been 3 hours since we first ordered. We put in a new order and it did get to us but when it arrived the soda was wrong and both our cheesy bread and pizza had almost no fillings or toppings. Super miniscule amounts of each. We order from here somewhat often and this was the worst experience we have ever had. Both of us were nothing but nice on the phones as well as we have both worked in restaurants before and still hold customer service positions so we get it and never want to be trouble customers. Disappointing :/ waste of time and money. Two stars of service because the manager was lovely but the other guy not so much.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a Chocolate Lava Cake and had to wait 23 minutes for a simple dessert order. The service was slow, communication was poor, and the overall experience did not meet expectations. Customers shouldn't have to wait this long for a single item. This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement

I ordered a pizza and waited for it to be delivered. After a while the tracked status switched to completed even though I never got my food. I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and asked to speak to a manager. She didn’t get on the phone but talked an employee through the process of helping me. She refunded me at my request (only for the food not the tip). I asked what about my wasted time? She said theyd make another pizza fresh and send a diff driver out to deliver. The same driver according to the automated text pulled up on a motorized bicycle and handed me a beat up wet box. I opened it on the elevator and it looked like it had been dropped or sloshed around on the bike ride over but either way, this is unacceptable!

Absolutely filthy service. Placed an order at 5:45pm. Well past 7:30 and the order isn’t here. For context, I live less than 0.5 miles away from the location. I’ve never seen shittier service from a domino’s. The staff is ridiculously unhelpful. They talk like they’re the ones doing you a favor by providing you an update on your goddamn order.

The pineapple sausage pizza I got was delectable. It was a regular sized pizza. I would highly recommend. When you go be sure to ask for the “Italian Vacation”. This was the greatest pizza combo ever! 10/10 on this new menu item!
