Every time I order from the app and get selected to this location there’s always an issue. Missing food, delivered to the wrong house trying to tell me I’m Wrong. Today I had a pizza delivered completely crushed it was a plain cheese pizza, and the whole cheese was stuck to the box. Tried to file the claim in app but it gives me a replacement pizza but o still have to pay delivery! Had to call in and they offered to replace it but now I have to wait 30-40 mins for a replacement when this could’ve been avoided had their delivery person been more careful with the food he’s carrying. Couldn’t even have my tip removed from the online order.

This place is better if they closed the location or fire the manager they cant handle the deliverys they said one hour or 45 minutes and it takes two hours or more

This place is the worst at taking accountability. I placed an order for delivery and it arrived 2 hours later, when I called the store they had me in hold for so long knowing it was me calling off their caller ID. Then the driver was rude saying he's the only driver and that I could've cancelled my order if I wanted to even after I tipped him. They have to do better. The manager should be so ashamed. Bad customer service. I should call corporate for this.

I ordered half pepperoni and olive and mushrooms on other half we called because we got 5 pepperoni and and 3 mushrooms and olives bad when we called a employee we explain everything and they hung up

Ordered a delivery of a plain sausage pizza and it came with olives and green peppers. When I called the store, all I got was “well it’s prepared in the kitchen with other ingredients” no apologies. Just excuses. I work in the food industry. Do better
