Chris, November, and every member of staff were amazing! Very nice and friendly, it was my first time trying Papa John's and we will order it again! The food came out quickly and there's tons of menu options, they also are very reasonably priced! The neighborhood is a little sketchy, I would advise ordering delivery or waiting in your car for pickup. Other than that, 5 stars for the service and the food, yum! 😊

Stuff crust pizza with jalapeños was pretty good. Buffalo wings could use more sauce. Garlic knots were okay... Overall price, spent $90. location was very uncomfortable, doors are kept locked, i assume to keep the homeless out, but picking up your order at 7pm is a bit sketchy.. Definitely wait in your vehicle, doors locked, until your order is done if you order from this location.

Just pulled up to Papa John’s thinking I could, you know, actually order a pizza in person like a normal human being. Instead, I was told they “don’t take orders here” and that I had to place it online. Who runs a pizza place where you can’t even order a pizza at the counter? I literally drove there, parked, walked in — all for nothing. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The guy basically just told me that, didn’t explain anything, didn’t apologize, didn’t try to help — so I just turned around and walked right back out. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. If I wanted to sit in my car and scroll on my phone, I would’ve just stayed home. Completely inconvenient, ridiculous, and honestly annoying. Do better, Papa John’s.

The people in the store looked at me like some kind of idiot. One guy sat in his chair and continued to play on his phone. The lady behind the counter couldnt care less she looked up and looked away as fast as she could. The guy makin food couldnt care less, served the lady that showed up after me first and didn't answer the call box. Nowwwww I remember why I dont come here.. thats right.. Finally got my order! ..and the lady behind the counter locks eyes with me like we're in a faceoff and I'm lucky I'm on the other side of the door. Great customer service. Dude makin food comes out. Seems annoyed, Finally gives me my order. He begins smirking and I assume talkin ish as he shakes his head.. you this place is crazy...like actually crazy... wow..

Incredibly rude staff. So much so that when our pizza pickup time came and went so we naturally checked on it a second time they were offended. When we were finally able to pickup the delightful girl told us we were lucky our pizza wasn’t spat in. Her mother also works there and is pregnant as though that were somehow relevant. This location has been reported to the health department for this threat.
