Not sure why this place has bad reviews, because my experience has been consistently great. The Monday to Friday night crew are absolute rockstars. Even when they’re slammed, they’re quick, friendly, and on top of it. The food is always on point no matter what I order, and the daily deals are great ! I work down the street, and half the time my order is already ready when I walk in. When I place a mobile order, they update the status almost immediately! usually straight to “in the oven.” Andrea & David & angelica are always so fast ! Definitely a great location & Crew! Order in mobile app for extra convenience! P.s this pizza has extra alfredo sauce that’s why It looks greasy in the box

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Domino’s on East 35th Avenue in Quebec, and after this experience I will not be returning. I placed an online order because Domino’s was advertising a deal for a medium stuffed crust pizza for $9.99. I submitted my order, was charged, but the order never actually went through. Thinking it was an error, I placed the order again and ended up being charged a second time. In total, I was charged twice ($15.99 each) for orders that were never processed. I called the store and was told the charges would eventually “fall off.” While that may be true, it does not change the fact that money was taken from my account twice because of an issue caused by Domino’s system. When I then tried placing the order over the phone, I was informed that the exact coupon being advertised online was “not available.” So not only was I charged twice because their website failed, but the promotion being advertised was apparently not even valid. That is false advertising. I was then transferred to the manager, Lily, and instead of taking accountability or offering an actual solution, she immediately blamed the website issue on corporate. When I asked for corporate contact information so I could escalate the issue, I was told she didn’t have that information and didn’t even know where to find it in the store. I found that incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable from someone in a management position. The employees at this location were completely unhelpful, unprofessional, and unwilling to properly resolve an issue caused entirely by their company. After charging me twice, advertising a discount they would not honor, and refusing to provide any real solution, the least they could have done was honor the promotion that caused this entire situation in the first place. This entire experience was beyond frustrating. Customers should not have to deal with website errors, double charges, false advertising, and employees who refuse to take accountability. I will absolutely not be returning to this Domino’s location

Terrible customer service, was rude, didn't give me the sauce I paid for then got mad when I asked for it, and had to come home and cut my own pizza and it was doughy at the bottom and not fully cooked. And the store was filthy

My food has always been great when I go to pick it up and when I get it delivered. I was nervous after seeing all the reviews but it’s been months now and I’ve only had positive experiences! Delivery has also been really great so definitely recommend trying out this location!

In town for a week long training class, and thought I would order from nearby Dominos!!! Please save your $ and order elsewhere! I even tipped the driver 30%, but the quality of food and service was below 10%!! Placed my order, for delivery I'm less than 3 miles away from this Dominos. That being said it is a Saturday evening, so I was able to factor that into everything, however I placed my order over 2 hours ago and it was just recently delivered!! You can opt in for delivery updates, but guess what they don't work! I found this out by calling Dominoes after an hour had passed and still no pizza! Here's an idea, when a person places an order and you don't have many drivers, don't bake the pizza at time of ordering only for it to " stay hot" in the heater box- only to arrive all rubbery and cold! Obviously the driver did not keep it warm in a bag on the way to my room! It's very annoying to pay over $40 for a pizza, a drink and delivery fees and than on top of that pay for the driver to deliver it!! It isn't the drivers fault, but who ever is running this show is failing miserably!! I blame myself and should have paid attention to the reviews before ordering! I am calling now and demanding a credit! oh and the corner of my thin crust specialty pizza was missing!
