Giving this pizza a 1/10. I got through a few slices but I couldn’t eat anymore. Not sure if the store is having a bad crust day or if it always comes out like this here. I’ve had Dominos at other locations and it’s never been remotely close to this bad. Here’s some photos of the crust. Very very dry and very strange looking.

Come one where a cheese even at or sauce? Not to mention the green pepper in the order as I am allergic yay! This used to be my go to spot now trash was better spot to put my cash.

My pizza was delivered looking like it had been dropped and ripped and fingers had been put in it. The other one wasn't cut. We literally called the store 3 times, were continually put on hold, they originally told us they couldn't remake it until we called and demanded it multiple times, because what?? The people that work here are rude and dismissive and act like we're the problem when our FOOD that we paid for was delivered like this. I really do not like to complain as someone who previously worked in food, but this is unacceptable.

WASTE OF TIME PLACING A ORDER ONLINE TO MAKE PICKUP MORE CONVENIENT. * I mentioned I was waiting for a order that should have been ready 20 mins after it said it was ready, online. She checked and my order was there all along. * I placed an online order and it showed ready for pickup, the guy at the register checked and said it was not available. I had to repeat my name 3X and spell it. I was told it would be a few minutes, the guy walked off and never followed up, so I waited and waited until someone else said may I help you. So I mentioned to her I was waiting for a order that should have been ready 20 mins ago. She checked and my order was sitting in the warmer all along. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO BETTER DOMINOS WHERE IS MANAGEMENT?! THEY ALSO SEEMED BACKED UP On ORDERS.

honestly the food is good and ive never had an issue with it but whoever is in the kitchen needs to stop immediately marking orders as "making your order" when their not actually making it yet. ive been 15-30 minutes early for every order ive made because someone did this and it led to the waiting times being very inaccurate. the length wait times themselves arent an issue (its reasonable for how busy the store is) its the fact that I try to get to the store when my orders are done so I dont need to awkwardly wait and I end up being forced to anyways
